Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess emulsion etc but Excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD Specification Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess bitumen etc but Excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of Open-gradedpremix surfacingof 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen the required line grade and level to serve aswearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level andgrade as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD Specification Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess bitumen etc but Excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD Specification Including all materials, T&P, Labour cess bitumen etc but Excluding GST.
