3Marking of TBMs/GCPs with DGPS (reference bench mark approved by the engineer-in-charge) at site/sites under survey by parallel leveling, establishing bench mark, grid and reference points in the field complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
4To conduct aerial surveys using drone visual camera & software analytics and prepare high definition video reports and 2D/3D maps. Prepare Ortho mosaic map in jpeg format (resolution upto 5 cm), Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital surface model (DSM)in GeoTIFF or ESRI ASCII complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
5Detailed Project Report
6Collection of relevant information for the subject property and surrounding area. This includes site area maps and identification of land-use complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
7Analysis of rainfall data gathered from nearby gauge station or satellite based TRMM data to ascertain flood conditions at site and nearby area (flow rate, frequency, duration). The intensity, frequency and duration of the extreme rainfall shall be defined in accordance with the applicable standard. If not specified in the applicable standard, a minimum return period of 100 years shall be applied, which could be reduced under justification complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
8Visual survey of the entire drainage area as identified from the maps and data collected complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
9A review of readily available records and documents on hydrology of the area, to assist in determining surface water drainage patterns for the subject property and adjacent areas complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
10To establish catchment characteristics such as run-off and natural stream network as established using leading software such as QGIS, HEC RAS, HEC-HMS and Civil 3D. These characteristics shall be further scrutinised for flood analysis and suitable drainage design complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
11The hydrology analysis to derive flood peak hydrographs and frequency analysis to identify the magnitude of extreme storm events for the return periods specified complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
12Based on the parameters such as rainfall intensity, run-off, catchment area, run-off coefficient, existing soil condition, drain out fall location etc. derived from hydrology study, to suggest the plant layout and designs for storm water drains and culverts complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
13Analyzing the data and submitting an engineering report, furnishing recommendations for the design and construction of internal drainage structures or other preventive measures at the site; calculation notes of the drainage system (flow rates, storage volumes, and dimensions) and Erosion protection measures. All details shall be provided to the client with studies of the areas mentioned in the present document and shown on the KMZ file of the site complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge.
14Preperation of Detailed project report from above data and design including proposed strom water drain network with detailed calculations and design. The drawing shall be prepared with AUTOCAD and 06 (six) copies ofDPR neatly winded shall be supplied in hard & 01 ( one ) copy in soft format; complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in Charge
