Earth work excavation in foundation in all kind of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift icluding rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants etc.all complete,required for the work to finished items.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 40 mm size hand broken hard granite metal including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items

Cement concrete work of M20 grade with 20 mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost ofmaterials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants water for curing etc. all complete,as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work

Requirement of HYSD / MS rod & labour for cutting, bending, binding, straighting and laying the grills and placing in position including cost of rod &binding weir 18 to 20 gauge, cess

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for CC works in foundation and plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slabs etc including false work and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials, cess complete in ground floor.

Transporting the excavated earth by mechanical means within 5.00 Km lead including initial lead and lift, loading & unloading etc all complete. (Per 1 cum)
