For The Work Of Giving Supply Of 97 Kw Power Connection To Aasra Awas Yojana ( Second Part ) Achnera Against The Passed Package / Estimate In Full Deposit Scheme In Edd- Iv Kiraoli For= 1 Carriage of following from 132 KV Taj Agra to dump site through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50Kms.) 2 ST pole 11.0 Mtr. long 3 PCC pole 8.5 Mtr. long 4 250 KVA T/F 5 L.T. PVC Cable 1x240 sqmm 6 Line material viz. Aerial bunch conductor/Weasal conductor/Dog, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulators, clamps and other line material & All required Material as per Package/Estimate. 7 Erection and grouting of Double pole on 11 Mtr. long ST poles including fixing ofaccessories for HT/LT line as per RESPO manualand as per direction of Engineer Incharge labour, T &P and carrier, groputing material etc. required for proper completion of work shall be provided by the contractor. 8 Erection and grouting of single pole on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles including fixing ofaccessories for HT/LT line as per RESPO manualand as per direction of Engineer Incharge labour, T &P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 Laying sagging stringing and binding and jumpering on 11 KV/LT line as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour,T&P carrier etc reauired for proper completion of work. 10 ACSR Weasel Conductor 11 ABC 3x120 sqmmm 12 Laying of L.T. PVC Cable size 1x240 sqmm as per RESPO Norms anddirection by superivising by Engineer. 13 Erection and grouting of stays as per norms including the costof arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 14 Fixing of earthing rod as per norms including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 15 Fixing of LT dustribution boxes on already errected pole for giving supply to consumer by connecting consumer cables by using appropriated alumunium lugs tape N & B provided by conractor as per requirement. 16 Making HT T off connection on existing mains labour, T &P and carrier with all required material etc. required forproper completion of work. 17 Installation of D.O. Fuse set on Double pole as per RESPO NORMS. 18 Construction of plinth for 250 KVA Transformer of size 5’x5’x4’ above the ground lable and 1 feet below the ground. At the bottom there shall be CC pad of brick ballast of size 5x5’x3” thick in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, sand and brick ballast].The first class brick wall work shall be 9” thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand].The hollow portion among the wall shall be filled up with the brick ballast. On the top of the wall of plint there shall be RCC workin ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, Sand and grit stone] by using 12 mm dai MS bar at distance of 9’’. There shall be plastering all over the plinth 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand] above the ground level. Proper watering and curing of the plinth shall be carried out as per directionof supervising engineer. 19 Fencing of250 KVA T/Fsas per following specification -Fabrication of 50x50x6 mm size MS Angle frame of size 3000x2400mm with 450 mm long angle for grouting the frame and fixing of 2x1.5, 10 SWG welded wire mesh with MS strip of 24x5mm size all round the frame and drilling 9 mm holes insides of frames at as distance of 300mm for jointing of frame with the help of boslts and nuts including cost of material. The width of panal may vary as per site conditions, Grouting and fixing of angle iron frames in ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and stone ballast ) in the pocket of 150x150x150mm all round the plinth and bolting of frames with 25x8 mm size bolts and nuts, Making main gate in front of the plinth of size 3000x2400 mm by making two leaves of size 3000x1200mm size and groutingthe same in ratio and method mentioned at item (b) above fixing with hinges with dandlas for locking system & Painting of entire wire mesh angle iron etc. with Bus Green super enamelled pain in two coats on the primer two coatsof Redoxide. 20 Earthing of 250 KVA distribution transformer by maintenance free Earthing Electrods (Chemical) by digging pits 6 dia 3mtr. deep including inserting pipe in pipe technology concept involve two mild steel pipes one inserted inside the other of size ;-1. Inner pip dia meter 50 Mm.2. outer pipe dia meter 100 mm. length of the both pipeshall be 3000 mm. The M.S.pipe shall be ISI mark of class B as per IS 1239. Thickness of the pipe shall be 12 swg. The empty space in the pipe shall be filled with the specially developed crystalline material conductiv mixture such as copper and aluminimum powder.conductive carbon and bonding material etc. mixed in diffrentproportions. Conductive mixture contents shall be 70 % carbon powder & 30% metal powder preferably pure copper or aluminum material along with the required quantity of bonding materials. Granule size of the carbon & metal powder shall be 100 mesh. The mixture if forced (pressurized) inside the earth electrode in empty space of inner pipe & in empty space between the inner & outer pipe of the earth electrode, in paste form and after soldification of the same the bottom end cap as well as top end cap is provided. The mixture shall be pressed by machine in the pipe. Precaution shall be taken has to have no air gap inside the pipe while pressing.The back fill compound (earth enhancment material ) shall be superior conductive material that improvesearthing effectiveness especially in areas of poor conductivity such as rocky ground, sandy soil & areas of moisture varation. It may contain conductive cement (20%) graphite carbon powder(50%), hydrous aluminum siliacate(10%), Sodium montmorillonite (20%) etc. it shall be placed around earth electrode in the earth pit to improve the conductive of earth electrode & ground contact area. Mild steel electro galavanizedFlat 50x6 mm shall welded to earth electrode pips & connected with Trasnformer neutral and body as below with the hlep of steel nut & boltor through welding as per requirment of site, to GI pipe and filling of chemical mixutre around the GI pipe upto 3 mtr. including making of chamber & connecting the top of the inserted pipe with transformer body& neutral through M.S.flat 50x6mm with the help of nut & bolt or through welding and making a main hole of size 2×2 and covering the same by a stone pad for the purpose of poring water for moisture. 21 Painting of 11 Mtr. Long ST Poles with single coat of red oxide primer and Double coat of Aluminium paint as per RESPO norms. (both paint provided by the contractor)
