The job includes removing the casing and taking out pump assembly and bearing brackets. Dismantling the pump assembly and removing all the damaged parts. Improvementto innerpump casing by filling metal in cavities formed due to pitting and cavitation process and then grinding theportion to make the area smooth. Providing and fitting ofimpeller-1no and turning/ machining the inner dia of the impeller to the required original size. Providing/ Fitting ofGland bracket-1noalongwith nuts and studs, cooling rings-2set. Replacement of Bushto the centre guide by way ofP/F of G.M bush. Fabricating and Fitting of studs for body casing along with nuts. Providing and fitting of new bearings nu-311 on Driving end and 6311 on non driving end and bearing brackets of drivingside. Assembling of the pump with new fabricated parts.The job also includesdismantling the motor, extraction of rotor. Improvementto rotor shaft by way of metal filling with welding and turning on lathe machine to required size and then making and fitting of bearing seats, Fabrication/fitting to motor side coversby fabrication and fitting of CI sleeves and machining them to required size. Providing and fitting of new bearings 6319C3 and 6316C3 on driving end and non driving end respectively after extraction of damaged bearings. Replacement ofconnecting leads and making keyways for cotter. Job also includes providing proper insulation and varnishing of motor and providing and fitting of new cooling fan. Assemblingof the motor .Fitting of pump motor set , mounting on base frame ,coupling of pump motor set ,connecting the suction/delivery assembly lines, alignment checking. The job also includes cutting the 3no. damaged ends ofincoming cables and p/fof new copper thimbles of suitablecurrent carrying capacity. The job also includesreplacement of damaged /worn out copper conductor cable ends thimblesofpanel to motor by way of providing, fitting ofCopper thimbles and thimbling the cable ends by using crimplingtools .job also includes replacement of damaged LT control Panel unit no 1 by way of replacement of damaged contactor MNX265-1no with new one of same capacity and P/F of 225 Amp. Contactor in place of damaged/burnt contactor MNX-140 and complete servicing of MNX-265 amp with CTC solution. Repairs to damaged internal wiring and P/F of voltmeter/amperemeter-1no each ,over voltage/under voltage relay-1no each single phase preventer and damaged bus bars. Making cable connections and main power supply .Priming the HC pump and testing of the pumping unit on full load at site. Complete job. |
