Steel shall be cleaned to a bright condition preferably with grit-blasting. The freshly exposed concrete portions shall be cleaned throughly to completely remove corrossion deposits, any loose/flaky portions, smearings etc. to yield a clean and rough textured surface. |
| 43 | c) Rebuilding / reinstating the structural members to their original dimensions by building up with two component high build structural grade polymer based cementitious reinstatement mortar such as CERA FIBRECRETE of M/s. CERACHEM or equivalent chemical of reputed manufacturers. The reinstatement mortar ( CERA FIBRECRETE or equivalant) shall be applied as soon as the bonding agent.
