The system would support occupation/vacation based on the unit categories.The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events . (iv) Customer Module : The system would include a customer portal for the resident/occupants to log in and view their own energy/billing data. (v) Energy Accounting module : The system would include features of energy accounting/audit , the system would to able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of the unaccounted energy in case tallywith incomer EBenergy meter . (iv) Communication Module : The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods.
