(vii) Making functional by carrying out minor repairs all the non functional circuits and indicating system like VCB Trip, CB ON, CB OFF, CB Service, Spring Charging etc(viii) Test shall include IR, CRM and time Test.(ix) Contractor will take the prior permission for shutdown of HT Line in written at least one week in advance for getting permission from user by MES to avoid any administration issue.
