Tender For Various Electro Mechanical Works To Be Carried Out At Wss Zawoora New- 1 Shifting of 80 mm diameter G.I C Class pipes 6m long (36 meters) from Water supply scheme Balahama-1st to Water Supply Scheme Zawoora New in private vehicle. 2 Earthwork/Excavation and refillingofsoil whatever strata for laying ofavailable80mm G.I C class rising main from the underground reservoir upto 125mm diaalready laid rising main which is 30 m away. The job shall include providing and fitting of gaskets/flanges/ nuts bolts as per requirement. The job shall also include gas cutting and welding as per requirement. The job shall also include fabricationand fitting of long radius bends(2 No) as per requirement. The job includes all types of skilled labours, arrangement ofpower supply of diesel generator set/all tools/tackles/welding set/gas cutteras per site requirement. 3 Fabrication of column pipesfrom the available80 mm dia G.I Class pipe as per requirement and fitting of available submersible pumping equipment. The job shall also include fabrication of delivery manifold for the submersible pumping equipment from the available 80 mm G.I C class pipe.The job shall also include fabrication of holding frame out of80 mm dia pipe for pumping equipment at the opening of the sump andfabrication/providing/fitting of split type MS clamps 10 mm thick, 2 feet long and3 inch wide of size 80mm along with required size nuts and bolts for holding of pumping equipment. 4 Providing/ fitting of 80 mm nominal dia. Ductile iron double flanged slanted seat swing check valve( Non-Return Valve) of reputed make as per IS 5312 to be fitted at the delivery manifold of the pumping equipment. The body of the valve shall be of ductile cast iron with fully encapsulated vulcanized EPDM rubber (approved for drinking water)along with gaskets/nuts/bolts etc as per site requirement. 5 Providing/ fittingofductile iron double flanged non-rising spindle soft seated glandless 80 mm nominal dia. (sluice valve)of reputed make for regulating the water supply. The body and bonnet of the valve shall be ductile iron wedging with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber and NBR seal. The job shall includes all gaskets, nuts/bolts as per site requirement. 6 Laying of 16sqmm submersible cableup to (45m) underground with allied accessories / attachment viz M.S strengthening clamp, Conduit pipe as per site requirement from pump house to underground sump. Making of connections andlowering/fitting/testing/commissioningof 10000 GPH 95 m head submersiblepumping equipment at no load and full load. 7 Fabrication ofPipe Gantry by way of cutting of existing(06 mtr.) 125 mmdia. Pipe into two parts each @ 03 mtr by oxyacetylene gas cutter and fixing as vertical posts 02 Mtr apart by way of grouting the bolts with concrete and after fixing the flanged portion of pipes with bolts, washer and nuts.Laying and welding of 3m long 125 mm dia GI pipeover vertical posts. All tools/tackles/ welding set/gas cutter/ nuts/bolts etc has to be arranged by the executing agency. 8 Cutting ofconcrete Slab (600X600x100) mmin the roof of the Pumping House of WSS Zawoora-New at two places, making openings for over head gantry for Lowering/ Extracting of pumping equipments. The job includes all charges of labour, slab cutting machine, tools and tackles etc
