Required For Proper Completion Of Work At Lahchura Dam From Gate No. 1 To 17. 5 Reparing Of Electromagnetic Brakes System By Detaching From Electric Motor And Coupling And Disassembling, Opening And Replacing Worn-Out Brake Shoe Lining, Torque Spring, Lever Pin, Limit Switch, Allen Screw Etc. After Making Holes In Brakes And Riveting As Required As Per Sample And Replacing Burnt Brake Coil Including Costs Of All Material, Labour And T&P Etc. After The Deducting The Cost Of All Damaged Materials At Lahchura Dam From Gate No. 1 To 17. 6 Replacing, Filling Gear Oil In Radicon Reduction Unit After Proper Cleaning Including Cost Of All Material, Labour, T&P Etc Required For Proper Completion Of Work At Lahchura Dam From Gate No. 01 To 17. 7 Rectifying Defective Alignment Of Gate By Adjusting Length Of Steel Wire Rope And Other Allied Works As Required Including Cost Of All Material, Labour, T&P, Jigs And Fixtures, Scaffolding Etc As Required For Proper Completion Of Work At Lahchura Dam From Gate No. 15 To 17. 8 Greasing Of Rollers Of Gates After Cleaning Replacing Grease Nipples / Grease Stud As Per Required Including Cost Of All Material, Labour And T&P For Proper Completion Of Work At Lachura Dam From Gate No. 1 To 10, 12 To 17. 9 Servicing Of 10 Hp, 3 Phase Electric Induction Motor Of Gates By Detaching Form E&M Brake, Coupling Etc. And Dhifting To Working Place, Dismantling, Taking Out Burnt Wire, Rewinding With New S.E.C. Wire And Other Insulating Material. Making Connection Tapping, Insulating, Varnishing And Heating Complete With Shifting To Super Structure Foundation Refitting, Testing Including Cost Of All Material, Labour And T&P Required At Lahchura Dam Form Gate No. 4, 6 & 15.
