An Approximately 1, 40, 000 Sq Ft Area Of Low Lying Marshy Land Area Has Been Filled Up And Developed I To Lawn. Lawns / Gardens. These Lawns / Gardens Are Required To Be Maintained For Which The Services Are Being Off Loaded. The Details Of The Lawns / Gardens Is Indicated Below:- ( 1 ) Along The Main Road From Main Gate To Sh-18 And Store House 7 &17 ( Ii ) Lawn Near Fire Station ( Iii ) Lawn Behind Sh-18 ( Iv ) Lawn Between Railway Track And Perimeter Wall Towards Station Lawn Behind P1 Building ( V ) 33 ( Vi ) Lawn Beside Security Office 2. Daily Watering Of Lawn And Potted Plants, Sweeping, Cleaning Of Dry Leaves, Paper, Plastics And Any Other Material From The Main Garden Area And Hedges Alongside Wall, Trimming Of Shrubs, Korean Grass And Hedges At Regular Interval Daily Maintenance / Nurturing And De Weeding Of Lawn And Potted Plants At Regular Intervals, Application Of Pesticides / Insecticides / Rat Poison At Regular Interval Quarterly Application Of Manure ( Chemical And Natural ) And Pesticide In The Entire Garden And Pots. 3. The Contractor Is To Employ Sufficient Justified Resources For Undertaking The Above Work On The Instructions From The Inspecting Authority With Timings From 0800 To 1700 Hrs On All Days Of The Week Excluding Sundays And Holidays With Lunch Break From 1300 Hrs To 1330 Hrs
