Dismantling and assembly of inlet chute & coal inlet pipe from coal feeder & mill & shifting them to floor. Dismantling and assembly of hot air jacket from inlet pipe.

Handling of inlet chute including cutting the new SS 410 sheets into sheets of required dimentions followed by bending into the required profile, if required

Cutting of pipe flanges from the old inlet chutes & inlet pipes & welding to the new inlet chute & pipe.

Welding in running meters for fabrication of inlet chute other than welding of pipe flanges. Welding to be carried out on both sides of plate after surface preparation. Separate measurements will be taken for both sides.

Removal, trimming/grinding and fixing of ferrules in APH tubes

Linear welding (other that structural fabrication measured in MT)
