39	Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT panel board, CPRI approved, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type, front and rear opening totally enclosed in dust, weather and vermin proof casing, with minimum 60 cm depth of panel, having copper bus bar of capacity 200 Amps, for 50 Hz AC supply, RYB N insulated busbars with suitable insulator and including multifuntional digital type panel meter including CT ratio, selector switches, indicator lamps, internal wiring, powder coated cabinets for housing accessories as mentioned below; entire panel mounted on suitable angle iron frame 50 cm above ground and providing glands for each incoming and outgoing cables including necessary excavation and PCC work complete all as specified and directed :- INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 100 Amps 4-pole 415 Volts, breaking capacity 16 KA of rating - 01 No (b) Copper 4-pole Busbar 200 Amps - 1 Set OUTGOING:- (a) MCB SPN 240 Volts, "C" series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 32 Amps - 5 No (b) Digital voltmeter, with connected wiring accessories - 01 Set (c) Digital Ammeter, with CTs & connected accessories - 01 Set (d) LED Phase indication lamps RYB - 01 set (e) Analog timer switch 3 module with wiring and connections
40	M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to 4mm dia GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including neccessary earthwork and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and GI wire, chamber cover etc all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with earth testing pointcomplete all as specified and directed. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at no extra cost.
41	M & L for providing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
42	M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including neccessary earthwork and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and GI wire, chamber cover etc all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with earth testing pointcomplete all as specified and directed.
