Material Of Shell Confirming To Is: 11202-1985 With Following Composition. Total Carbon: 3.2%-3.6%; Sulphur: 0.15% Max. Phosphorus: 0.5% Max ; Manganese:2.2%-3.2%; Silicon: 1.2%-2.2%. 2 Size 840Mm Dia X 1525Mm Length ( Pitch 50 Mm ) De-Shelling Of Old Mill Roller Shaft And Re-Shelling Should Be Shrink Fitted On Shaft After Proper Ultrasonic Test Against Any Crack With Ci Coarse Grained Non-Polishing Shell Having Bhn 180 / 200 And Grooving Of Roller As Per Drawings.
