2(A) Solar PV Module/Array Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 540/545/535 Wp mono crystalline silicon solar photo voltic modules/array of high efficiency made of mono crystalline silicon solar PV cells with s&f of terminal box on the module should have provision for opening & replacing the cable etc. as per direction of E.I.C. The general features of PV modules as given below :- a) The module shall be made up mono crystalline silicon cells. b)The interconnected cells shall be laminated in vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions. c) The module frame is made of corrosion resistant materials, preferably having aluminium anodized finish. d) The minimum clearance between the lower edge of the modules & the developed ground level shall be 500 mm. e) Surge arresting device to be provide at junction box and module shall be provided bypass diode. f) The SPV module must be IEC 61215, IEC 61730 part I & part II, IEC 61701 certified from any of the accredited certifying agencies. g) Each solar PV module must be warranted by manufacturer at least 80% rated power. Note : (i) Design and qty desided as per OEM recommendation, design and layout drawing should be submitted to Department. (ii) All/ any other equipments/ DC cables is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) All cost of SEB/ CEA registration and approval are deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted. (iv) quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of provision of ZED and connected accesseries. (v) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of connected items requited towards complete operation of solar plant. Warranty : The solar power plant carries a 05 years warranty against any manufacturing defect. Solar photovoltaic modules carry a performance warranty against excess or equal to 90% output till 10 years and then 80% up to 25 years. All Warranties shall be executed and shall be the responsibility of Contractor.
3(B) Module Mounting Structure (MMS) Supply & fixing of the anti-corrosive factory made GIstructureof column post, rafter, bracing connector plate, bracing column to column, front bracing member, rear bracing member, MM purlin on the ground fixing of PV modules (each structure fixing up 1 module)by fixing of suitable sizefastner, spring washer, nuts & bolt. The minimum thickness of galvanization at least 70 micron andmust be withstand of the wind load of 180 Km/hr. as per IS 875. The minimum clearance of the lowest part of the module structure and the ground is not less than 300 mm and the total load of the structurewhen install with PV module on the ground should be less than 60 kg/m2. The array structure shall be grounded properly using maintenance free earthing kit suitable for mounting & RCC foundation must be minimum M20 Grade. Note : Design and qtyof MMS shall be decided as per OEM design. Design and drawing should be submitted to Department for approval.

5(D) On Grid Power Conditioning Unit (Inverter) (Qty-01 No) Supply & installation of 415V3-ph grid connected Inverters which is converted DC energy produce by the solar array to AC energy such that it synchronizes with the existing AC power sources on site and also install power manager to get all parameter details. The Inverter shall have inbuilt MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) feature so as to extract maximum power from PV modules & the MPPT units environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14,30)/ Equivalent BIS standard. (The voltage variation of +/- 15% to 20% & frequency vatiation +/- 5%)and invertor shall have capacity to limitation of solar energy export to the grid. (Zero Export Device).Note : Inverter should be covered as per OEM design in such a way that structure must be sustain for 180 km/hr wind speedis inclusive of the quoted rate.
6(E) AC Distribution Board (i) Supply & installation of 415V 32A 3-ph 50Hz AC distribution board control AC power from PCU/ Inverter & provided by nacessary surge arrestors system and energy meter (KWH) with IP65 protection and suitable capacity MCCBs.; Qty- 01 NoNote : ACDB should be covered as per OEM design in such a way that structure must be sustain in 180 km/hr wind speedis inclusive in quoted rate.(ii) Distribution wiring in 1.1Kv single core stranded FR PVC insutlted & unsheathed copper wire (Polycab/KEI/Mescab) in 35 sq mm (Make-Precision) on wall :- (For AC power supply from Inverter to AC distribution board to Panel); Qty- Apprx 5.00 RM
7(F) AC distribution board to panel :- (i) Supply & laying of 1 core 4 sq.mm. copper cable in PVC rigid conduit pipe (Precision) by saddling as per direction of E.I.C.(For Solar Array DC supply connection); Qty- Apprx 800.00 RMNote : Cable should be passes through PVC rigid pipe and pipe should be fixed properly inside cable tray for easily maintenance, is included in quoted rate. (G) Charges for Installation & Testing & Commisioning of System of on grid solar panel. (one time)
8(H) Misc items (i) Making soldered joints between conductors,conductors and air terminals for 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire incl. supply of jointing materials and painting with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint; Qty- 01 Job (ii) UPVC Conduit Pipes 3/4" with Tee, Elbow, Bendovers, Sockets for DC Cabling, Qty- approx 380 Mtr(iii)UPVC Conduit Pipes 1" with Tee, Elbow, Bendovers, Sockets for DC Cabling, Qty- Approx 180 Mtr(iv) UPVC Conduit Pipes 1" with Tee, Elbow, Sockets, Ball Valves for Manual Module Cleaning System, Qty-approx 100 mtr.(v) Supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 25 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the ground with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart incl. mending good the damages to building works (Galvanised above 75 microns)-approx 70 RM(vi) Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 25 mm x 3 mm thick for vertical run on ground with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 1000mm apart incl. mending good damages to building work (Galvanised above 75 microns)-Approx 50 RM(vii) Earthing with 2 Mts. long Copper bonded Rod galvanized above 250 microns with bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. 9Note: The quoted rate deemed inclusive of the following:- (i) Transportation charges with Transportation Insurance for the all material of on grid solar system including loading & unloading at site from Co"s workshop. (ii) Insurance for the complete system for the 1st Year. (iii) AMC- Suraksha which include 12 site Maintenance visits, Response time 2 hrs and turnaround time 48 hrs, Monthly plant performance report. (iv) Fixing of zero export device (ZED) is inclusive in quoted rate. (v) Guarantee and warranty of Solar panel and connected devices is submitted to department. (vi) The report of generated unit of solar power on monthly basis submitted to department. (vii) Satisfactorily testing and commissioning report of the complete system is submitted to department.
10M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of MS made panel including necessary form work and ms rod complete all as specified and as directed.
11Supply & fix 20 mm dia gun metal valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.
12Cutting / drilling the existing GI pipe 50/40/25 mm dia pipe including CI/DI/GI tee, bend, tapper etc all necessary items all as specified and as directed.
13Supply & laying 20 mm dia steel water tube medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed in wall including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.
14S & F 20 mm Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe with all necessary fittings all as specified and as directed.
15Supply, install, testing and commissioning of solar LED all in one street light system, comprised of LED street light 20 W with minimum lumen capacity 135 lum/W, complete with 50W Mono-crystalline solar panel, battery-30 Ah, 12.8V LiFePO4, MPPT solar charger controller capacity 12V 5 Amps, inbuilt BMS technology, material housing aluminium extruded LED CCT-5700K progressive intelligent dimming confirming to LM 79:2008 OR IS 16106:2012 for LED light IP 65 standard with backup not less 02 days autonomy (24 hours working time) confirming to latest MNRE, Govt of India specification/BIS/IEC standards including 5 metre long octagonal hot dip galvanised (minimum thickness 75micron) pole with 70mm top and 130mm bottom dia and 3mm thickness with 220x220x12 mm base plate at bottom and 4Nos M20 grade bolt, 600mm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Installation shall be carried out in the presence of OEM Representative. (b) Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the replacement warranty/ guarantee period. (d) Guarantee Period : 03 year from the date of completion. The certificate For guarantee of both OEM and Contractor submitted to department.
16M&L for cement concrete (PCC) in foundation, filling and arround mass concrete type B2, 1:4:8 with 40mm graded stone aggregate with complete form work and suitable MS rod complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120.0 sq mm 3.5 core.With cable route marker complete all as specified and directed. (AC distribution board to LT panel)
18Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m widen exc 1.50m deep and getting out ant type (loose soil) of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
19Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
20Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.
21M&L Dry sand filling as cable cushoining complete all as specified and directed.
22Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm along length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning laid for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed
23S&F 150 mm dia steel tube light grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to trenches for cable protection at crossing of road and excavation of road cutting and after laying pipe make the road in well finish as per existing condition complete all as specified and as directed.
24Bringing approvd earth from sources outside defence land including cost of royality if any, transportation, taxes etc and filling with soil including raising earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc. Note:- (a) Earth required from the item shall be supplied by contractor from outside MOD land at his own arrangements. (b) All cost of procurement or earth including cost of transportation, royalities, taxes etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) The earth supplied shall be used for filling. Finished embankment/ traversr of filled earth consolidated/compacted shall be considered for measurement purpose and volume shall be calculated based on these measurements.
