2Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing itthereafter.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
3Provision of Diverting Water by making coffer dam and making area dry for working manually as well as mechanically through out the duration and again rediverting water after complication of work
4Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:
5Arches, domes, vaults upto 6 m span
6Sterilizing treatment using Biocide: Masonry covered with algae, lichen, mosses, small plants, etc should be removed with knife blades, spatula and stiff bristle or soft wire brushes. Spray diluted solution of quaternary ammonium based biocide on surface of the masonry with out allowing to spray drift. Leave the treated area for at least one week than brush off as much dead growth as possible. Next again spray a solution of a proprietary biocide and incorporating tribute tin oxide in same manner and clean the surface.
7Manually removal of vegetation (major trees, climbing plants, creepers) from walls, columns, arches, floor etc in a skilled and careful manner, using appropriate tools and means and without causing any damage to the adjoining parts, including carrying and stacking the dismantled materials including lift/lower upto 11mtrs and lead upto 50 mtrs as directed by the engineer or architect in charge. The exposed surfaces will be coated with a paste made from ammonium sulphamate crystals or with "Tree killer" available in market. In this condition the root system may be left to absorb and die. Large sections of dead wood must not be left within the core. As they decay they will remove support and create voids and weaknesses in the wall. Pull off a well-established mat of vegetation must be resisted. Tamping, grouting, pointing and resetting of brick / stones especially on wall top, must all be anticipated as remedial work.
8Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete - MS Platform for walking as well as supporting beneath the bridge

23Providing supplying and fixing of Helifix make Hi-fin reinforcement bars-Cemtie 8mm dia MOC. Austenitic stainless steel , ASTM 304, having cross section area of 9.5 mm 2 with UTS 1375n /mm2 at various places where there is crack in brick/stone masonry as directed by structural engineer/Helifix. Inclusive of supplying and fixing of Helifix make Helibond grout a special cementious grout with low expansion,non-gassing and injectable with exceptional thixotropic properties is to be used to bond the stainless steel Hi-fin reinforcement bars and pins with the help of pressure gun to be injected in the slot of stone masonry, ensuring that it remains tight in the joint after curing. inclusive of supplying and filling of Crackbond TE 250 mlan injectable special epoxy resin with the help of crackbond applicator wherever necessary.
24Creating a HeliBeam using Helibars 6mm: Providing and fixing of Helifix make Hi-fin reinforcement Helibars of 6mm dia, double bars in one slot, MOC austenitic stainless steel as per ASTM 304, having cross-section area of 8 sq.mm, pitch 29/30, with UTS 980 N, shear strength 5.5 kN, along with Helibond grout, a special cementitious grout with low expansion, non-gassing and injectable with exceptional thixotropic properties. Including chasing of bed joints for HeliBars in brick/stone/block masonry, cleaning and dampening with water to achieve good bonding of HeliBar with HeliBond grout in the slot of masonry ensuring that it remains tight at the joint after curing, including filling of general purpose styrene free resin with the help of manual pressure applicator and nozzle, to be used for anchoring the ends of helical bars wherever needed at locations as per instructions provided by Structure Engineer / Helifix, excluding Staging & Scaffolding, at places wherever necessary.Item also include Crackbond TE -250ml a injectable special epoxy resin with the help of Crackbond applicator ensuring that it covers entire cracked area wherever required.

The vertical pole shall be fixed to the ground by means of properly fitted foundation with base plate 200mm x 200mm x 6mm thick and "J" GI bolts as mentioned in the approved drawing. The board shall be made of 4mm ACP with back support frame of Aluminum C section of size 33 x 33 x 33 x 2mm thick fixed using an Aluminum clamp of 3mm thick with suitable GI nut bolt on to the electrical pole. The board shall be pasted with MICRO PRISMATIC GRADE retro reflective base sheets conforming to Type XI standards of I.R.C. 67 2012 CODE.
