(Incuding All Pallicable Taxes) , Comprehensive Service Maintenance Contract. , Comprehensive Service Maintenance Contract. , Comprehensive Service Maintenance Contract. , Comprehensive Service Maintenance Contract. , Note:- 1) If You Choose Full Conversion Then Column Ba (Amount) And Column Bb (Taxes) Both Values Will Be Convert Based On Selected Currency In (Column L). 2) If You Choose Partial Conversion Then Column Ba (Amount) Only Will Be Converted Based On Selected Currency (Column L)And Column Bb (Taxes) Value (Inr) Will Be Added To The Converted Values. 3) Bidders Are Facilited To Quote Rates Ininternational Currencies, And Each Bidder Can Submit His Bid With Any One Of Theforeign Currencies Mentioned In Column L Of His Choice. The Exchange Rates As Applicable On The Date Of Opening Will Be Used For Comparative Purposes. The System Will Give The Indicative Rates On The Dates Of Opening And Tia Has The Option To Override The System Defined Rates. 4) Bidder Should Quote Amount In Corrency Given In Column L Only. 5) Comparison Of L1 Bidder Will Be Based On Total Of Column Ba. 6) It Is Compulsory To Quote Csmc Cost In Inr Only. 7) If There Is Any Mistake Found (Knowingly Or Unknowingly) From Bidders Side In Quoted Amount, Bidder Is Liable To Reject The Financial Bid, Action May Taken Against The Bidders By Competant Authority.

The system will give the indicative rates on the dates of opening and TIA has the option to override the system defined rates. 4) Bidder should quote amount in corrency given in column L only. 5) Comparison of L1 bidder will be based on total of Column BA. 6) It is compulsory to Quote CSMC Cost in INR only. 7) If there is any mistake found (knowingly or unknowingly) from bidders side in quoted amount, bidder is liable to reject the financial bid, action may taken against the bidders by competant authority.
