Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material andother foreign matter with wire brushes andsmall picks, sweeping with brooms or softbrushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receivebituminous treatment. As per clause no502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying tack coat on theprepared surface, heating bitumen in boilerand spraying the bitumen with spraysetfitted on bitumen boiler - on granular basesuch as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick on prepared surface in asingle course as wearing course composed ofspecified size of stone aggregates premixwith a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6 to 10 tonne laying manually androlling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne butexcluding cost of primer/tack coat. As perclause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B\" comprising of thin application offine aggregate premix with bitumen binderin mini hot mix plant, carriage manually ofmixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clauseno 513 of MOST specification.
