    Mechanical Work Of Hydromechanical Equipments On Matatila Dam, Distt-Lalitpur Under The Annual Maintenance.-2 Greasing of main rollers of gates after cleaning replacing grease nipple stud as required including cost off all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of work. (Gate No. 1 to 23) 3 Repairing and overhauling of roller by detaching roller assembly from gate with the help of jigs and fixture jack etc. cutting lock plate by gas, lifting roller assembly from gate by chain pulley block, Manila rope and shifting to working platform dismantling roller assembly, cleaning, washing, repairing worn out roller shaft by remetalling including replacing rubber seal “O” Ring grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and fitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including cost of all material , labour T&P etc. scaffolding etc. for propercompletion of work at site (but Excluding cost of Bearing)( Gate No. 4 to 20) 4 Greasing ofside sway rollers of gates after cleaning replacing grease nipple stud as required including cost off all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of work. (Gate No. 1 to 23) 5 General Repairing and servicing ofcentral hand drive unit system by dismantling and changing required damaged/ broken spare part and reassemling, fitting greasing & testing including cost of all material labour and T& p etc. required for proper completionof work . ( Gate No 1 to 23)
