Mechanical Works Of Hydromechanical Equipments On Bewar Barrage, Etah Under Annual Maintenance. - 1 Bewar Barrage, Etah. Gate Size : 12.00 X 5.35 mtr.= 12 Nos. & 12.00 X 6.35 mtr. = 3 Nos. 2 Greasing, Oiling of component of lifting mechanism of gate (Excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 3 Applying cardium compoundas steel wire rope, teeth of drum gear and pinion of gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material labour & T&P and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work. 4 Replacing, filling gear oil in radicon/reduction gear box after proper cleaning including cost of material labour & T&P required for proper completion of work. 5 Replacing, missing, damaged, bolts, nuts of hydromechanical equipment after proper checking of bolt, nut including cost of material labour & T&P required for proper completion of work. 6 Overhauling of radicon unit by repairing after dismantling, cleaning and washing. Repairing of main shaft sheet by welding and turning, replacing taper bearing (30214-2 nos ) with oil seal. Assembling the radicon unit with proper oiling and greasing and fitting at site including cost of material, labour T&p scaffolding carriage etc. for proper completion of work. 7 General Repairing and servicing of central hand drive unit system by dismantling and changing required damaged/ broken spare parts and reassembling, fitting, greasing and testing including cost ofmaterial, labour, T&P for proper completion of work. 8 Rectifying defective alignment of gate by adjusting length of steel wire rope, plumber block and other allied work asrequired including all cost of material labour,T&P,jigs and fixture scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work.
