Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout (MC Dur 1264of MC Bauchemie or Equivalent)by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Protective coating -Paint with Emce Colourflexof MC Bauchemie or Equivalent with apriming coat @100 g/m2 & main polymer coatingthickness 200-225 microns @400-450 g/m2 for two coats with approved shades including cost of materials,cleaning ,preparing the surface,chipping,removing loose dirt with wire brush & water ,labour for filling holes,cracks,joints etc.with one componentpolymer modified fine repair & cosmetic mortar,labour for applying above coating,scaffolding charges etc with all taxes complete as per IRC SP:80 Clause 6.5.1 & clause 2808 of MORT& H specifications latest edition.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500,centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm,leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion,complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
