Removing of rusted base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with gas cutter etc. and taking out of complete damage frame with the help of manual labour outside of pump house. 2 Job 15. Breaking of RCC foundation by hydraulic hammer and manual labour to take out old existing foundation bolts and taken out malva. 2 Job 16. Re- casting/ strengthen of RCC foundation, re-grouting foundation bolt, plastering and making wet layer of cement of the foundation i/c.. Shuttering etc. as required. 2 Job 17. Making / fabrication of MS base frame with antirust G.I. coating suitable for pump The base frame should be made MS channel of required/ existing size of channel. I/c vibration Pad, foundation bolt, drilling/ machining and painting as required ( As per sample) 2 Job 18. Supply of nut bolts washers and studs for re-fixing of pump and motor. 25 Kg 19. Supply of neoprene rubber sheet having 50% neoprene, 3 mm thick Make Jyoti/Worth/DJB approved 50 Kg. 20. Fixing of newly fabricated MS foundation base frame on the RCC foundation plastering/ filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of SS nut as required. 02 No. 21.
