Name of Work: E-Tender for OFC Construction of 4G Saturation work, Laying PLB pipe/ Duct and Associated works by Open Trench Method/Trenchless Technology, Optical Fibre Cable Pulling/Blowing and splicing works etc., for Ausa SDCA in LATUR Operation area in Nanded BA.

7Laying of full round DWC pipes of 63/51 mm dia in trenches for extra protection with HDPE pipes PLB/ HDPE/Coils already laid
8Providing RCC Protection at Site to HDPE /PLB OR G.I. Pipes reinforced by Weld Mesh & Drawing of P.P. Rope.
924F cable Blowing on Existing Ducts, Including opening on Man Holes , Cleaning of Existing duct Pipes, insertion of 8 mm rope andBlowing of Optical fiber Cable.
10Digging of pit for jointing chamber,Fixing of pre-cast RCC chamber,filling of RCC chamber with clean sand, supply and placing of pre-cast RCC slabs on RCC jointchamber, and back filling of jointing pit.
11Digging of Pit 1 meter towards jungle side on each manhole/joint chamber for fixing of route/joint indicator,fixing and concreting of routes.joint indicator. Painting and sign writing of route/joint indicators.
12Videography of route on which cable fault is restored/laid
13Recovery ofempty Cable drums
14Splicing /Termination of 24F Optical Fiber Cable
15GPS mapping with longitude/Latitude (with +/-0.5m accuracy) at every 10 meter of trench/Turning/Road/Railways/Water pipeline/Gas pipeline/Canal Crossings,HDD entry/exit/coupler points, ERM, RCC routes Indicator, Joint Indicator/Manholes, major landmarketc. Documentation(6 copies of documents for each route/section=one set)
