    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -Mainaining Of Housing Colony By Providing Skilled Workmen. Job Includes :- I ) Servicing And Maintenance Of Electrical Fittings Within The Premises Of Bpcl Housing Colony .Gandhidham ( Such As Flats, Transit Flats, Housing Colony, Parking Shed, Garden, Dg Room, Security Room. The Tools And Tackles Shall Be Carried By The Contractor Itself And Other Consumable Shall Be Provided By Bpcl. Ii ) Cleaning Of The Overhead Potable Water Tanks As And When Required. Iii ) Assisting In Any Decoration Works During Any Festivals, Celebrations In The Housing Colony. Iv ) Maintaining The Montlhy Electricity Consumption Records Of Each Individual Flat. V ) Keeping Sufficient Hsd Stock For The Colony Generator And Topping Up As And When Required. Vi ) Liasoning With The Local Electricity, Municipality Dept. For Any Maintainince / Housekeeping Works E.G. Sewage Drain Cleaning, Proper Supply Of Municipality Water Etc.
