Repairs To Various Pumping Equipments At Various Water Supply Schemes Of Sub-Division Rural Srinagar- 1 Repairs To 20Hp3-Phase Submersible Motor At Lift Water Supply Scheme Naderbagh Ganderbal. 2 Repairs To 3-Phase 20 Hp Submersible Motor By Way Of Dismantling Of The Submersible Motor At Site, Shifting To The Workshop, Repairing, Shifting Back To Site. All The Technical Manpower, Tools And Tackles Involved In The Execution Of The Job For Disassembling And Assembling After Repairs Shall Be Arranged By The Firm. The Job Is Inclusive Of Transportation Charges For Shifting The Material From Site To Workshop And Back After Repairs. At Site The Motor Shall Be Recoupled With The Pump All Power Connections Shall Be Reconnected With The Motor And Pump Motor Assembly Shall Be Lowered Back Into The Sump / Well By Refitting Each Of The Column Pipes One By One, Tightening All The Nuts And Bolts & Inserting The New Rubber Washers / Ri Cloth In Between The Flanges Where Ever Required. After Complete Lowering Of The Unit By The Firm, The Unit Shall Be Tested On Full Load. 3 Rewinding By Using Pvc Insulated Cu-Wire ( Reputed Make ) Of Proper Gauge And Specification In The Stator Slots Of The Motor As Per Actual Pitch And Turns After Extraction / Removal Of The Damaged / Burnt Out Windings From All Stator Slots By Special Tools & Tackles, Skilled Manpower And Cleaning Of Slots Thereof. The Job Includes Insulation Of The Windings By Proper Insulating Material, Tape, Skilled Labour, Sleeves, Insulated Pvc Paper, Crumpled Paper, Bamboo Sticks, Thread Etc. Then Assembling Back Of Rotor, Stator, Cover Plates, All Nuts And Bolts Of The Motor And Testing On No Load At The Workshop.The Old Scrap Shall Be Retained By The Firm. 4 Providing And Fitting Of New Ratchet Racer Assembly Complete Of Standard / Reputed Make As Per Requirement Of Pumping Unit After Extracting The Old Damaged One By Suitable Tools And Tackles. The Job Shall Include Rebate On Account Of Old Damaged Item. 5 Fabrication, Providing, Inserting & Fitting Of New Gun Metal Bushes And Rubber Bushes ( 02 No’S Each ) In The Lower And Upper Manifolds Of The Submersible Motor In Place Of Damaged Bushes By Way Of First Extracting The Old Damaged Bushes From The Manifolds By Means Of Tools And Tackles, Making The Inner Surfaces Of The Manifolds Good By Machining On Lathe. The Job Shall Include Casting, Fabrication, Machining & Finishing Of The New Bushes, Before Being Fixed Into The Manifolds. The Old Scrap Shall Be Retained By The Firm. 6 Replacement Of Water Seal As Per Requirement. 7 Repairs To Be Carried Out On 5’’Submerssible Water Pump Fitted Atlift Water Supply Scheme Danihama 8 Repairs To 5Submersible Pump By Way Of Dismantling Of The Submersible Pump At Site, Shifting To The Workshop, And Repairing, Shift Back To Site. 1	Repairs to 20HP3-Phase Submersible Motor at Lift Water Supply Scheme Naderbagh Ganderbal.
2	Repairs to 3-Phase 20 HP Submersible Motor by way of dismantling of the submersible motor at site, shifting to the workshop, repairing, shifting back to site. All the technical manpower, tools and tackles involved in the execution of the job for disassembling and assembling after repairs shall be arranged by the firm. The job is inclusive of transportation charges for shifting the material from site to workshop and back after repairs. At site the motor shall be recoupled with the pump all power connections shall be reconnected with the motor and pump motor assembly shall be lowered back into the sump/Well by refitting each of the column pipes one by one, tightening all the nuts and bolts & inserting the new Rubber Washers/RI cloth in between the flanges where ever required. After complete lowering of the unit by the firm, the unit shall be tested on full load.
3	Rewinding by using PVC Insulated Cu-wire (Reputed make) of proper gauge and specification in the stator slots of the motor as per actual pitch and turns after extraction /removal of the damaged/burnt out windings from all stator slots by special tools & tackles, skilled manpower and cleaning of slots thereof. The job includes insulation of the windings by proper insulating material, tape, Skilled labour, sleeves, insulated PVC paper, crumpled paper, bamboo sticks, thread etc. Then assembling back of rotor, stator, cover plates, all nuts and bolts of the motor and testing on no load at the workshop. The Old scrap shall be retained by the firm.
4	Providing and fitting of new Ratchet racer assembly complete of standard/reputed make as per requirement of pumping unit after extracting the old damaged one by suitable tools and tackles. The job shall include rebate on account of old damaged item.
5	Fabrication, providing, inserting & fitting of new gun metal bushes and rubber bushes (02 No’s each) in the lower and upper manifolds of the Submersible motor in place of damaged bushes by way of first extracting the old damaged bushes from the manifolds by means of tools and tackles, making the inner surfaces of the manifolds good by machining on lathe. The job shall include casting, fabrication, machining & finishing of the new bushes, before being fixed into the manifolds. The Old scrap shall be retained by the firm.
6	Replacement of Water seal as per requirement.
7	Repairs to be carried out on 5’’Submerssible Water pump fitted atLift Water Supply Scheme Danihama
8	Repairs to 5""Submersible Pump by way of dismantling of the submersible pump at site, shifting to the workshop, and repairing, shift back to site. All the technical manpower, tools and tackles involved in the execution of the job for disassembling and assembling after repairs shall be arranged by the firm. 16	Fabrication, providing, inserting & fitting of new bronze/gun metal bushes and rubber bushes (02 No’s each) in the lower and upper manifolds of the Submersible motor in place of damaged bushes by way of first extracting the old damaged bushes from the manifolds by means of tools and tackles, making the inner surfaces of the manifolds good by machining on lathe. The Old scrap shall be retained by the firm.
17	Replacement of Water seal as per requirement.
18	Repairs to 40HP oil type open wellSub Mersible pumping unitat Water Supply SchemeChewa Pehlipora 1st.
19	Repairs to 40HP Oil-Type open well submersible motor by way of dismantling of the submersible motor at site, shifting to the workshop in a private load carrier arranged by the firm, repairing, shifting back to site, re-fitting and successful testing on full load.
