6Supply and lay in trenches /on wallsteel water tubing galvanised light grade 80 mm dia with all fittingscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
7Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulatedarmoured, heavy duty electric cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
8Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box factory made outdoor type, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron base frame made of 65 x 65 x 6mm ,45 cm height, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with IP-54 protection, with hinge door for each compartment for incoming and outgoing MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), legs groutedin PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregateincluding paintingwith two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with aluminium busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respectincludingprovn of the following:- (Note: The panel shall be as per CPRI certificate.) 10DG Set Dismantling of existing DG set 100 KVA with connected acessories such as LT Panel, AMF Panel, LT cable connections etc and shifting of complete asset to an other location atUnchbassipower house, and reinstalling including prepration of platform as per manufacturer instructions (against 100 KVA BER DG Set) Note : Rate are deemed to be inclusive of dismantiling, shifting, cost of PCC platform as per manufarcturer instructions and all necessary electrical connections
11Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 125 KVA/100 KW diesel engine driven Generating set with alternator out put Voltage 415 Volts +/- 1% at set value of 415 V at a frequency 50HZ +/- 0.5% with suitable standard control panel, (NTP for suitable for installing at Pathankot, allmounted in acoustic enclosure andControl panel as per manufacturers design and specification as per approved CPCB-02 norms confirming to thedetailed specifications appended below :- (I)ENGINE (a) General: Suitable four stroke compressed ignition, radiator water cooled,Turbocharged aspiration, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running, 50°C intake air temperature, CPCB-02 Euro emission engine developing 156 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled to alternator mounted on Channel Iron base frame with in built fuel tank of minimum capacitysuitable for 12 Hrs continous running. The prime mover provided should be as per IS specifications. (b) Air intake system :Should comprise of dry type intake air filter mounted on engine, one in number vacuum indicator mounted on intake piping.
12(c ) Exhaust System: Should comprise of one exhaust manifold, dry type, mounted on engine, one exhaust residential type silencer which should be positioned in such a way that the exhaust gas is not sucked by the fan on the radiator, thereby affecting the cooling system. The silencer should cater to the noise level tolerance prescribed in the relevant IS/BS. The silencer should be provided with flaps with a provision so that it will open only when the generator is running. The complete exhaust system shall be properly supported so that entire lot of the exhaust system shall not fall on the DG Set. (d) Fuel System: Should comprise of disposal type element fuel filter, pressure type fuel pump mounted on engine, non return check valve in fuel supply and drain lines, wire braided hose between filter and pump, fuel system with suitable capacity electronic governor and engine mounted actuator. The fuel tank must have proper locking arrangement with level indicator and to be integrated with base frame.
13(e) Cooling System: Should comprise of radiator designed and tested for 50oC ambient temperature with 7 PSI pressure cap mounted on base rail. The thermostat installed in the engine coolant outlet, fresh water pump mounted on engine, fan and fan hub mounted on engine. A reservoir of 50% of radiator capacity to replenish coolant by gravity (as and when required) is also to be provided. (f) Lubricating System: Should comprise of lubricating oil sump mounted on engine, gear driven lub oil pump mounted on engine, lubricating oil cooler-fresh water cooled integral with engine cool out circuit mounted on engine, oil filter lubricating with cap and lubricating oil dip stick for oil level check mounted on engine. The system should be capable of feeding lube oil to the main end& large end bearings, cam shaft, valve rocker gear and all moving parts. (g) Starting System: Should comprise of suitable voltage DC electrical starter mounted on engine, with suitablemaintenance free batteries -2 Nos of capacity 12 V DC with suitable AH to be mounted in trays (having rubber insulation) on the main frame. It should have the provision to charge the battery from external sources during static condition and while running of the generator.
14(h)AC Generator :The generator shall be horizontal and foot mounted, 250 KVA, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ, self excited, self regulated, brushless AC generator, suitable for an ambient temperature of 50° C with IP-23 enclosure class H insulation and temperature rise limited to class H as per following technical details (i) Type, Brush less AC Generators (ii) Output rating 125 KVA (iii) Output Voltage: 415 ± 1% under all loading conditions. (iv) Output frequency 50Hz ±0.5% up to 0.8 lagging. (v) No of Phases: 3 phase with 01 Neutral (4 wire) (vi) Mounting : Horizontal foot mounted. (vii) Enclosure :Minimum IP-23 / Drip proof and screen protected. (viii) Automatic voltage regulator. (ix) Class of insulation-"H"
15Following shall be deemed to be included in cost quoted :- (i) Suitable size reinforced cement concrete foundation platform of canopy base with height as required at site to mount the generator as per manufacturer"s instructions/ recommendations. The cost of foundation bed incl earth work etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Connecting existing cables, from existing panels and connecting cables , cables glands, cable lugs to new panel complete with all necessary accessories. (iii) Install on the foundation, connecting fuel lines, cable etc. (iv) Testing and commissioning complete (v) The cost of control cables from engine control panel to AMF panel shall be deemed to be included in the cost quoted. (j) BASE FRAME: Shall be stand by and fabricated with CRCA sheet metal which shall be suitable to mount the engine, alternator and radiator, channel width of base frame shall be adequate to accommodate anti-vibration pads.
16(k) CONTROL PANEL: Shall be indoor type manufactured with 14 guage CRCA sheetpowder coated for weather proof and long lasting finish consisting of microprocessor power command controller, Aluminium busbars of suitable capacity with incoming/outgoing terminals, indicating lamps for "Load ON" and "Set Running", instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled, MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections , Volt meter, ammeter with selector switches, Frequency meter, energy meter,CTs and 3 Phase indicating lamps, timers etc all as per latest engineering practices.etc. complete all as specified and directed. (m) Accessories :- (i)01 No standard mechanical and electrical tool box. (ii) Internal covered tube lights.
17(n) Acoustic enclosure: Specially designed to meet CPCB norms 75dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The Acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets and a structural/sheet metal base with high quality noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U.Foam) complying to IS 8183 with two point lifting handles (a)Internal Lighting: Tube lights with protective mesh around it to be fitted inside the container for proper illumination (b) Doors :The enclosure will be provided with suitable doors on the side and rear to enter the enclosure during operation and maintenance.All doors will be provided with lock and handles for opening/ closing the doors, retainers for holding the panel door (p) Painting Scheme ISS shade 220 olive green 1994 or all as per manufacturers specifications (q) Lifting/ Transportation arrangements :- Container with suitable corners will be provided to lift the DG set along with container.This is suitable for road/ rail/ sea transportation.
18(r) Trials:- Trials on site should be given as per load tests prescribed and all functional trials should be shown. Note : (i) The Engine, alternator, Control Panel, Acoustic enclosure shall be integrated unitsourced fromOEM only.
19AC Plant: Dismantlingcarefully andremovingtheexisting watercooledchilledcompleteof3x24TRcapacitycompressor, chilled&condenserwaterpumpandallconnectingwaterpipelines,coolingtower,andducting, electrical control panel etc and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rates quoted deemed to be inclusive of dismantling the existing AC Plant and its connetcted items including ducting, control panels with its acessories andtransporting to MES Store Yard and making good the disturbed surface i,e repair to false celing, wall, floors, refixing of electrical fittings etc while dismatling of AC plant and its connected items).
20Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of water Cooled lnvertor scroll type Chilled water Central AC Plant of tentive capacity but minimum 3 x 36 TR (2 working 1 standby) complete.- set of three as per AC data sheel attached on serial page No 91 (Appx "D") ,with all equipments & accessories complete & comprising the following to run the plant 24 hrs per day.
21Note :- (a)  Contractor/ Bidderwill be responsiblefor performance guarantee of complete AC Plant to achive the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 4.5 & IPLV = 0.4615 kW/tonR/ IPLV = 7.619 kW/kW (b) Rates quoted by the contractor shall include cost of labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants.cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All work shall be executed as per approved drawings . All materials shall be duly approved by GE before incorporation in the actual work. (c) Design of AC plant should be got done by the contractor from specialized agency & vetted from the NIT/IIT by the lowest bidder before commencement of work. (d) The work shall be executed on the recommedation ofOEM. The plant shall comprise the following :-
22(A) CHILLING UNIT:- Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of water cooled chilling machine, tentive capacity but minimum 2 x36TR (72 TR) working and 1x36TR standby water cooled Inverter scroll Chilling Machines fitted with hermetically sealed lnvertor scroll compressors, multi/single circuit chiller, water cooled shell & tube condenser, Microprocessor basedBMSCompitablecontrolpanel,suitableforR-407C/R-410aecofriendly Refrigerant, Shell & Tube Insulated Evaporator, Expansion tank of suitable capacity Control Mechanism of actual Cooling capacity .-Each 03
23The unit shall confirm to ECBC norms as under:- (a) Minimum COP=4.5 (b) Minimum IPLV =0.4615 kW/ton R/IPLV = 7.619 kW/kW The unit shall be factory tested as per AHRI standard 550/590 latest edition. The conditions for condensor and chiller are as under:- Condensor: Water in 85 Deg F Water out 95 Deg F Fouling factor 0.0000440 M2 °K/W Chiller: CHW in 54 Deg F CHW out 44 Deg F Fouling factor 0.0000180 M2 °K/W
24(B) CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM COMPRISING OF:- (i) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable capacity chilled water Split casing type centrifugal pump including necessary foundation of capacity 8 LPS at 32M head with bronze impeller, bearings, SS shaft, mechanical seal, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of adequate HP having class F insulation suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, +/- 10%, 50 Hz AC supply, base plate and base plate & mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings along with coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangementcomplete all as specified and as directed. (2 working 1 standby). Each 03
25(ii) Supply and fixing of Chilled water piping with MS, Heavy Grade(class C) ERW pipes of suitable diameter, including all weldable fittings for butterfly valves, NRVs & "Y" strainers, 100 mm dia Pressure guage shall be provided at the outlet of each pump, stem type thermometer (Brass), water flow switch, Auto Air vent and balancing valves and interconnection between chiller, chilled water pumps with AHUs and cooling coil units. Chilled water piping shall be insulated with 25mm thick XLPE insulation, wrapped with polythene paper and final finished with glass cloth with vapour barrier star bond including necessary steel supporting structure complete all as specified and as recommended. -01 Lot
26(iii) Supply and fixing of Three way Mixing valve of suitable size with motorised actuator and modulatingcontrol for AHU including control wiring of suitable size as per OEM.
27(iv) PVC double layer Expansion tank of cap. 1000 ltrs dully insulated with 25 mm thick nitrile insulation and covered with 26 Gl sheet and placed on PCC/ Brick suitable staging.
28(C ) CONDENSER WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM:- (i) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FRP rectangular shape, vertical, induced draught counter flow cooling tower of (87 TR) size (capacity considered 20% extra of AC plant. with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, IE3 TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 65 protection for enclosure, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. complete with accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (both are working) . - Each -02
29(ii) S & F multilayered HDPEwater tank of 5000 liter capacity made up of 100% virgin material, white outer layer, threaded lid, extra insert lid for protection against algae formationcomplete with inter-connection piping and non-return valve etc including tank to placed on suitable PCC/ brick staging complete all as specified and as directed.Each -02
30(ii) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable capacity chilled water Split casing type centrifugal pump including necessary foundation of capacity 9 LPS at 20 M Head with bronze impeller, bearings, SS shaft, mechanical seal, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of adequate HP having class F insulation suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, +/- 10%, 50 Hz AC supply (2 working 1 standby) 100 mm dia pressure guage shall be provided at the outlet of each pump including suitable size base plate & mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings along with coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangementcomplete all as specified and as directed. 31(iii) Supply and fixing of Condenser water piping with MS, Heavy Grade (class C) ERW pipes of suitable diameter, including all weldable fittings for butterfly valves/ gate valves, NRVs & "Y" strainers and interconnection between chiller unit, condenser water pumps with cooling towers, make up water tank, pressure switch on main header complete all as specified. -01 Lot
32(iv) Supply and fixing of non chemical type scale preventor made of stainless steel tube flanged ended of suitable size.
33Hot Water System Comprising of:- (i) Supply, installation and commissioning of electrical hot water generator equipped with sufficient no. of flanges and electric immersion heaters. The pressure vessel shall be constructed as per ASME standards and insulated on all sides with 2 layers of 50 mm thick fiberglass with 28 guage aluminium cladding as per specifications. The hot water generator shall be equipped with all automatic and safety controls such as manual reset, high temperature water outlet, step controller and recycling relay, on/off switch type thermostat, pilot light, low water cut off and other controls as per manufacturers recommendations. All basic control and terminals shall be located in an integral controlabinet factory wired and tested. The hot water generator shall be suitable for 415+/- 10% volts/50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The entire hot water generator shall be factor assembled and testedof cap 200 KW water in -110 Deg F Water out -120 Deg F. (1 working & 1 standby).- Each -02
34(ii) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Monoblock type pump for re-circulation of hot water with ribbed rubber including necessary foundation of capacity 8 LPS at 32 M head with bronze impeller, bearings, SS shaft, mechanical seal, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of adequate HP having class F insulation suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, +/- 10%, 50 Hz AC supply (2 working 1 standby) 100 mm dia pressure guage shall be provided at the outlet of each pump including suitable size base plate & mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings along with coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangementcomplete all as specified and as directed. 35(iii) Supply and fixing of hot water piping with MS, Heavy Grade(class C) ERW pipes of suitable diameter, including all weldable fittings for butterfly valves, balancing valve, NRVs & "Y" strainers, stem type thermometer (Brass), 100 mm dia pressure guage, auto air vent and interconnection between HWG hot water pumps with AHUs and heating coil units. Hot water water piping shall be insulated with 25mm thick XLPE insulation, wrapped with polythene paper and final finished with glass cloth with vapour barrier star bond including necessary steel supporting structure complete all as specified and as recommended. -01 Lot
36(iv) Supply and fixing of Three way Mixing valve of40 mm size with motorised actuator and modulatingcontrol for AHU including control wiring of suitable size as per OEM.-02 Nos Approx
37(v) PVC Triple layer Expansion tank of cap. 1000 ltrs dully insulated with 25 mm thick nitrile insulation and covered with 26 Gl sheet and placed on PCC/ Brick suitable staging.
38(vi) Pan type humidifier made of SS tank of 2 mm thick of cap. 9 KW conplete with all water connection with GI piping of suitable size.
39(vii) Material & labour for automation system to operate the hot water generator and there pumps automatiocally to maintain the relative humidity inside the shed with necessary control & fittings -01 Job
40AIR HANDLING UNIT: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top discharge air handling unit capable of delivering 12500 CFM air at 80mm W.G. static pressure using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes and 0.6 mm thick pre-coated outer skin and 0.6 mm thick GI inner skin, 25±2 mm thick double skin panel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF having "k" value of 0.02 W/°C/m & density 40 kg/m³, AMCA certified energy efficient plug fans with backward curved blower, having pre filter section of 50 mm thick combination of 8 rows deep chilled water coils and 2 row deep heating coil with anti-corrosion aluminium fins, suitable high efficiency (IE3) TEFC squirrel cage induction motor and marine lamp, limit switch, SS-304 drain pan, vibration isolators/rubber pads inspection windows / doors complete all as specified and as directed.- 02 Each
41The AHU shall comprise of the following: [a] Suitable DIDW backward curved plug fan, dynamically balanced, with AMCA certified blower. [b] Foot mounted (B3 construction) 3-Phase squirrel cage induction motor 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 5 %, combined variation ±10%, insulation class F. [c] Flexible connetion made with airtight ASTM E84 (Class I) polyester fire retardant cloth riveted on periphery of cloth with extruded aluminium "L" angle flange as per fan size at discharge duct/plenum [d] A wetted type or viscous type & Washable type of "EU4" filter (pre-filter, efficiency 90% down to 10 micron)
42[e] 8 rows deep chilled water cooling coil and 2 row deep heating coil section with 0.15 mm thick copper fins and 0.36 mm diameter copper tubes tested on 21 kg/cm²,with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. (a 350 mm service section between eliminator and heater is required). [f] Condensate drain pan fabricated from 18 gauge stainless steel 304, powder coated and insulated with elastomeric insulation of suitable thickness.
43Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire damper, at least of 90 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermistor, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shafts, walls, etc.). along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset can easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone and tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI complete all as specified and as directed. The fire dampers shall meet the following criteria: [a] Bare fire dampers with 150 mm sleeve. [b] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. [c] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers. [d] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommendations of the manufacturer.

46Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated galvanized steel sheet metal (G.S.S.) having thickness 24 G and 22 G as required or directed , rectangular ducting having zinc coating of 120 g/m² total on both sidesand complete with neoprene rubber gasket, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, etc. as per approved drawings and conforming to the latest edition of IS 655: 2006 & HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible of SMACNA. First five meter of the duct will be acoustically insulated with 25 mm thick fibre glass wool (density 24 Kg/Cum) and 28 SWG aluminium perforated sheet. Duct will be insulated with closed cell "Class"O" nitrile sheet having 9 mm thick. No volume control damper shall be provided in the ducting as the flow of air shall be controlled by the VCD damper installed in supply air grilles. - 01 Lot

Note : Excavation work, return and filling, sand cushioning and laying of bricks deems to inclusive of rate quoted.
59CIVIL WORK COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING:-Civil work such as foundation as per manufacturer specifications/ recommendations for chilling unit, chiller, condender & pumping sets, cooling tower, makeup & expansion tank and AHU and making opening in brick wall/ PCC and making good for ducts, pipes, cables and fresh air intake etc. - Job 01
60MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS:- (i) All civil works connected with installation of plants and AHU, cutting of holes in walls, floor and making good etc. including provn of foundations. (ii) Drain pipes from variuos equipments to the drain out points. (iii) Intial charge of compressor oil and refrigerant. (iv) Any other connected work which is not mentioned above but required at site for commissioning and performance of the above air condition plant. (v) Provn of pre-filters of the fresh air intake points for the AHU. (vi) Return air washers with accessories. (vii) Testing & commissioning of above plant.
61Fabrication of supporting structure for duct using MS channel of required size wirh clamp welded to hold duct with nuts, bolts & washers as required incl. cutting, welding, drilling, bending hot & cols etc embedded in PCC with base plate welded on bottom grouted in PCC with four nos nuts, bolts & washers all as confirming to Fe-410-F and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as spd and dirteced. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work deemed in quoted rate.
