Note :-1.The EOT cranes shall be periodically (half yearly) checkedfor lubrication in moving parts, oil level in the gearbox & function ofmechanical parts such as brakes, limit switches, motor operation, electrical switch geras in the Panel etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 2.The contractor shall arrange Half yearly inspection and servicing by OEM or auhtorized agent by as approved by GE to check worthiness of cranes and ensure periodical serivicing & maintencance checks as recommended by OEM. Minimum02 Preventive maintenace visits is deemed to be included in the scope of work. The electrical and mechanical spares required will be measured and paid separetely under relevant items.The record of the same is to be maintained by he Contractor. The work is including unlimited break down calls during the contract period. 3.. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of annual load testing including deflection test all as instructed by Eng-in-Charge.The record of the same is to be kept duly sighned by the concerned. 4. Minor repairs/maintenance or breakdown attendance can be carried out either by OEM or auhtorized agent by as approved by GE by any deploying skilled technician. However the spares replaced of original manufacturers and workman ship must be acceptable and inaccordance with OEM.
