Replacement/Rehabilitation ofdamaged components of Voltage stabilizer (300KVA capacity)installedat CPS R22 by way of disconnecting of300KVA Voltage Stabilizer from three phase electric connections and opening of top cover .Taking out top cover and removing the damaged change over switch.Lifting out the stabilizer assembly complete from the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block. Complete rewinding of 1No. coil out of superior quality double layer glass coated strips as per original winding. Reconditioning of the remaining 2no. coil. Replacement of 2No. rotary switches and replacement of contact points moving/ fixed of rotary switches. Repairs to change over switch by repairing its mechanism and fixed/ moving contacts. Replacementof MCCB by way of P/F of 400Amp. capacity and fitting of new thimbles after cutting cable ends and repairs to internal control wiring and bus bars. The job further involves the demoisturization and filtering of old transformer oil and topping with fresh T-Oil 220litres. Assembling and lowering the transformer assembly into the oil tank andfitting all the parts.The job includes replacement of 37/16 single core copper conductor cableof length approx. 27mtr(3leads) fromVoltage stabilizer to panel with proper thimbling of suitable size. Makingthe cableconnections ,power supply andtesting the Voltage Stabilizer on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material and labour chargessite. Complete job
