4Providing and Laying Primecoatof 7kgs/10sqm over unprimed surface treated with primer using 7kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the reqired quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc..., complete.
5Applying Tack Coat over existing surface using 2.5 Kg of Bitumen emulsion per 10 Sq.m including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and labour charges for cleaning & preparing the road surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as tack coat including all other tools and plants etc. completed as per standard speicifications.
6Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick dense bituminous mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5 – 13.2mm Grade metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2 – 2.36mm Graded metal and 0.23 of 2.36mm and below metal with 53.2 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMPS site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labout for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP Clause 505 of MOST
7Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.50-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/ VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
