Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Electro-Mechanical Machinery Alongwith Allied Works At Wss Pipple Under Jjm-2 Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPH x 230 meter head HC pump coupled with suitable rating prime mover and allied works by way of surveying of site, designing of machinery in conformity with site conditions. Laying of M-20 grade RCC foundation block for each pump of site 6’x3’x4’ by using TMT steel of 10mm dia steel mesh by using steel bar. The foundation block as per site of pump set having additional margin of 6” on all sides. The foundation block can be combined for all the pumps which must include space on all sides of pump set and space between the pump sets. Providing, fabrication and laying of 150 mm dia suction pipe line alongwith fabrication of common suction manifold with 150 mm dia pipe as per site requirement and connection with the pumping units including p/f of MS expanders / MS reducers/ MS dismantling joints/ MS saddles, MS flanges, CI sluice valve 150mm dia (separate for each suction line) alongwith nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets as per size and specification of suction line. Providing, fabrication and laying of delivery pipe line of 100 mm dia alongwith providing and fitting of MS pipe, bends, MS expanders / MS reducers/, MS dismantling joints/ MS saddles/ MS flanges, Cast steel(class 300) NRV 100mm and sluice valve 100mm dia alongwith providing and fitting of nuts, bolts, washer, gaskets, flanges etc. Making of inter connection of delivery lines with common rising main by providing and fabrication of 150mm dia pipe common delivery manifold. Job includes providing, laying and fixing of insulation rubber mats on the floor of the pump house. Job includes providing of maintenance tool kit as per enclosed annexure alongwith 3 phase welding set (1no), chain pulley block (1no.) 3 ton capacity , 01 no. folding bed, 04 no. chairs, one no. fan and 01 no. steel almirah. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of copper cable 50mm2 single core multi-strand from motor to panel in six leads approximately 36 meters for each motor, then p/f and laying 70mm2 copper cable single core multi-strand upto MCCB in four leads and further upto voltage stabilizer in four leads approximately 30 meters in length conforming to ISI standards complete with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 250 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper earthing of the equipment should be done for safety of machinery. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handing equipments etc 3 Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 185 ampere rating, 3 phase,LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter for 10000 GPH x 230 meter head pump set by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of 185A rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of 140A rating-1no., complete with all protection, safety and control devices / mechanismcompatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating alongwith insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor .The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against:-Low voltage below 350 V, High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading.In addition the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault / status for a speedy rectification of the system-- Separate LED fault / status indicators, LED phase indicators. Isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually.3 LED, contactor ‘COIL OK’, indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils. LED star & delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming / outgoing connections on no load and then on full load. Job includes providing of 150 KVA voltage stabilizer complete with mineral insulating oil, MCCB, change over switch complete with safety and protection devices etc. Job includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core armoured Al. cable of 185mm2 from electric pole to main switch approximately 50 meters length and providing and fitting of copper cable single core multistrand 70mm2 approximately 20 meters from main switch to voltage stabilizer conforming to ISI standards complete with insulation and thimbling as per site requirement .The voltage stabilizer should have 5 upwards steps and 2 downwards steps (or as per the specified voltage range) from the line voltage i.e. it should work from 180V to 400+5%.
