The Solar lighting companies should submit the lighting design report prepared by their in house lighting design if required as per the direction of engineer in charge.The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit thedeclaration letter by mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India ( Made in China product are not acceptable) andwarranty certificate on their company"s letterhead by mentioning minimumwarrantyperiod as 5 yearsand necessary aftersales service shall be provided through their tollfree base service network located within 100 KM from the project site.
