The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. | 15 | Providing, installing and fixing with necessary clamps etc. retro reflective Double Sided Place Identification / Road Name signboards comprising of customized modular PU (Poly Urathane) Epoxy Coated Miled Steel hollow section frame work, aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retroreflective sheet. The horizontal and vertical members of the Miled Steel frame module shall be made of Miled Steel hollow section 50x50x3.6mm as per approved drawing and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with same section. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the Miled Steel frame with Very High Bond tape 24mm wide and 2.3 mm thick provided throughout the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping Stainless Steel screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center on both side of frame ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retroreflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet (In white colour) which will be digitally printed matter, border & symbol etc with 10 years warranty and having clear film for Ultraviolet protection (the reflective Value should be as per IRC67 when tested) of approved make and colour to create a desired road sign and information message. The rear side of the Mild Steel frame shall be covered with balancing ACP sheet of the same description as mentioned above and shall be fixed in similar manner as described above. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Only front area of the board shall be measured for payment. (All structural steel work shall be paid for separately under the relevant agreement item, except Miled Steel hollow section frame work and fixing arrangement with clamps for the sign boards which are included in this item).Sizes (1.8 x 6x 2sides, 1.8 x 8 x 2sides, 1.8 x5x2sides, 1.8x7x2sides & 1.8x6x2sides) |
| 16 | Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
