10Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Hard rock obtained from excavation shall be stacked properly. Stacked hard rock shall be measured by deducting 50% quantity for voids for hard rock, remaining quantity will be considered of soft/disintegrated rock. (ii) Hard rock obtained shall be issued under Schedule of credit, which shall not be allowed for uses in work.
11Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositingwhere directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mabove the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall only measured).
14Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
15Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 400 Amps, breaking capacity 36KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals including taking out existing UNSV / burnt MCCB from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).
16Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps, breaking capacity 36KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals including taking out existing UNSV / burnt MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

22Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25Supply, installing, testingand commissioning out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, padestal mounted, CPRI type tested factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and paintedto both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heatprocess of sheet and suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and the panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided complete and including taking down existingLT feeder piller box complete all as specified and as directed. 31Supplyand fixing aluminium conductor steel reinforced [ACSR] straining properly on insulators on PCC pole and bindingwith aluminium tape/binding wire, connectors,jumpers etc including taking down old ACSR conductor complete allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge of required size.
32Dismantling cross arms of MSchannels or angle sections etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-charge.
33M & L for cross arms bracing support clamps and back plates channel or angle section nuts bolts etc after painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-charge.
34Re-fixing of cross arms/ clamps/nuts/ bolts/ washers etc. (as dismantled under item No. 3 above) on the refixed/new steel poles of any length complete all as specified and as directed
35Dismantling of stay assembly complete with loop insulator etc. by loosening the bolts of the clamps (on the pole side / stay rod side) and taking out complete, including loop insulators, for re-fixing / replacement purpose. Note :- Excavation and earth work,demolition of concrete will be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here-in under)
36S&F Stay assembly, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete with stay rod 20mm dia and all other accessories all as specified and as directed. Note :- Loop insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete to be measured separately under respective items.
37S&F Galvanized stray strand, 7/4mm duly cut into required length, fixing with clamps/ loop insulators/stay buckle etc. complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-charge.
38Supply, transportation fixing and errection of prestressed cement concrete pole in repair 9 metre long, minimum cross section 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class -10 confirming to IS-1678 and including making alternate whit e and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and including taking down existing pole of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Excavation and earth work and PCC should be measured separately
39Dismantlinginsulator any type, any size complete all as directed.
40Supply & Fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and onegalvanisedironnut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade Complete all as specified and directed.
41S&F Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous,white/brown/green insulators including galvanized M.S. straps(31x3mm), washers, insulator bolts(12mm dia), washers & nuts complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-charge.
42Re-fixing of insulators, any type, (as dismantled under item No. 35 above) on the refixed/new steel poles of any length complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-charge.
43M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing workand 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
44NOTE FOR ITEM No. 39.00 [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. 45M&L for restraining of existing LT over head line (ACSR conductor and earth wire) on pole of various conductors including opening of existing jumpers /winding and reconnecting of jumpers and winding to existing pin insulators complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. (NOTE: single measurement will be considered for each conductors with 3% sag)
46Cutting and trimming the tree branches touching the over head lines of LT/HT one meter around the conductor and removal the same from the site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Cutting of branches in span of 50 m will be considered as one job)
47M&L for repair to existing out/indoor panal board incluing repair to doors / hinges & locking aregment by means of welding / reviting all as directed including re-touching with painting .
48M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for under ground cable including joints kit complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables of size 3½core from 50 sqmm to 95mm2 3½ core and including taking up of old joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
49M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly strus or pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
50M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) for couping/encasing around of pole including necessary form work finished and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
51M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) in foundation of pole/struts etc including necessary form work finished and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
