Replacement / Repair Of Components Of 50, 000 Gph X 122 Mtrs. Head X 200 Hp Hc Pump Set Along With Allied Works At Cps R-22-Replacement /repairs of the components of 50,000 GPH x 122 Mtrs. Head x 200 HP HC pump set along with allied works at CPS R-22. The job includes decoupling of pump and motor by unfastening of coupling bolts. Dismantling of pump from base frame and shifting to workshop using crane, manual labour, other tool and tackles. Dismantling of pump and Providing and fabrication and fitting of new pump shaft by way of welding, turning and machiningto bearing size, Providing and fitting of impeller 03 no.s along with impeller guide rings. Fabrication / providing and fitting of shaft protection sleeves and body bushes, Neck rings 03 no’s , bearing housing bracket 02 no’s, bearing bushes 02 no’s , New bearings 7410 and 6410 at NDE & DE. chuck nut 02 no’s. Assembling of the pump. Repair to the pump body, providing and fitting of bolts, nuts, packing material and grease etc. Fabrication / providing and fitting of CI coupling pulley as per sample along with coupling bolts and rubber bushes. Job also includes repair to the Sluice valves and reflux valve by way of dismantling it from suction and delivery line of the HC pump and then shifting to the workshop and replacement of damaged rod and flap from the sluice valves (02 No,s) and reflux valve 01 nos then providing and fitting of new threaded rod and chuck nut and new flap .thenre-fitting of sluice valve and reflux valve and repaired HC pump shifting back to site. Repair to 200 HP induction motor installed at CPSR-22. The job involves disconnecting all the electrical connections and dismantling the induction motor from the base frame and then shifting it to workshop with the help of manual labour, crane, other tools and tackles. Dismantling the induction motor and separating the rotor and stator.The job also involves repair to rotor side cover by way of fabrication / fitting of CI sleeves and finishing them to bearing size. Providing / fitting of bearings6319 02 No’s atDE & NDE side as per sample and greasing them. Assembling the motor and shifting back to site.Fitting of pump and motor on base frame and fastening the coupling bolts after proper alignment, greasing and providing packing material. Making necessary electrical connections and testing the pump set on full load conditions. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials, labor charges etc.
