Replacement Of Components Of 250 Kva Voltage Stabilizer Along With Allied Works At Cps Roop Nagar Stage 2- 1 Replacement of components of 250 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at CPS Roop Nagar stage 2 by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and making bypass provision for running the unit. Draining out of T-oil and storing it properly in barrels. Dragging out the stabilizer unit outside the pump room for loading by way of skilled labour along with the heavy tools and tackles required as per site condition. Loading of Voltage Stabilizer using crane/skilled labour and Shifting of voltage stabilizer to workshop. The job includes disassembly of voltage stabilizer by lifting the top assembly with the help of chain pulley block, extracting out of core assembly, voltage regulators – 03 no., after disconnecting all electrical connections. Providing and fitting of voltmeter 01 No. and ammeter 01 No. Complete rewinding of 02 nos. main transformer coils out of superior quality wire and insulating material as per original design. Cleaning and re-fixing to the core after proper insulation. P/F of 03 no. voltage rotary switch and making connection with the transformer coil. Reassembling the transformer assembly. Replacement of complete internal control wiring refitting of panel on transformer assembly, and re-fixing of core assembly into the oil tank. Shifting of stabilizer from workshop to pumping station by deploying craneand skilled labour and dragging into the pump room. Filling of transformer oil and topping up to required level by adding- 200litres. Making all the incoming and outgoing electrical connections to the stablizer and testing on no load and full load. Complete job including cost of material, labour and Crane charges etc.Complete job.
