2Design and construction of 282.00 mtr long multi span (47+94+94+47) PSC Balanced Cantilever Box Girder Bridge on well foundation over Chhimtuipui river including Proof check of design & drawings from IIT, conducting SSI for design aspect at km 6.490 on Hinathial-Sangau-Saiha Road under 71 RCC/ 24 BRTF/ Project Pushpak in Mizoram State as per NIT drawing based on hydraulic data, ground data, sub soil data, Special conditions and Particular specifications of the ternder document. Construction work includes all preparatory works, errection of staging/shuttering, abutments, piers return wall, placing of POT & POT cum PTFE bearings, superstructure with RCC decking, wearing coat having no skid surface in uniform thickness, strip seal expansion joints, RCC crash barriers, footpaths, kerbs, hand rails, drainage spout, load testing of superstructure of bridge, service arrangement for utilities and diversion and all other items required and necessary for complete construction of the bridge including curing, approaches and approach slab. 3Formation works
4Jungle clearance including cutting down trees not exceeding 30 cm girth measured at 1 meter above ground level & clearing away shrubs, brushwood, under growth & grubbing up roots in areas having annual rain fall above 200 cm
5Rough excavation in soil/soil mixed with small boulders, getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 3 m and upto 1.5 m deep (75% machine and 25% by manual labour)
6Earth in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm including watering and finishing to required slope & level not exceeding 1.5m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method is adopted.
7Permanent Works
8Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.2 m width and 1.5 m depth in soil / soil mixed with boulders, including dressing bottom and sides getting out and disposing all excavated materials lead upto 1.5 m.
9Hard core comprising of broken road metal size 5 cm graded downwards spread in layers not exceeding 15 cm including watering,ramming and finishing to required level and gradient including cost of stone metal.
10Cement concrete (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 stone aggregate of size 4 cm graded downward) in foundation or elsewhere.
11Cement concrete (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 stone aggregate of size 4 cm graded downward) in foundation or elsewhere in false wks
12Cement concrete (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone aggregate of size 2 cm graded downward) in false wks
13Reinforced cement concrete M-20 nearly corresponding to nominal mix, 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate of size 20 mm grade downword.(excluding the cost of reinforcement & centering/shuttering)

21Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 mtr centre- to- centre, 1.80 mtr high, 1.10 mtr below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 of MoSRT&H specifications.
22Earth in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm including watering and finishing to required slope & level not exceeding 1.5m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method.
23Surfacing Works
24Preparation of sub-grade in SMB by excavating upto 20 cm avg depth, dressingexcavated earth to required camber or super elevation and consolidating with power roller incl watering & disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 30 mtr.
25GSB 15 cm thick (consolidated) with stone aggregate confirming to grade No 1 as per Table: 400-6 and 400-8 of MOST specifications for road and bridges works including supply of material, watering and consolidation of complete.
26Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per Table-400-13 and satisfying the physical reqmt as per Table No. 400-12 of MORT&H specifications for WMM specifications to a thickness of 100 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.
27Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded as per table -400-13 and satisfying the physical requirement as per the Table No. 400-12 of MORT&H specification for WMM specifications to a thickness of 75 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill) lying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achive the desired density including guarding.
28Providing and laying 50 mm thick DBM layer, precoated stone aggregate physical requirements/grading/mix composition requirement as per Table - 500-8/9/10 respectively of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works with 4.250% asphalt VG-10 penetration grade as per MoSRT&H data book and rolled to the required specification.
29Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer@ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm. (using BPD with manual labour)
30Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surfacecleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications.
31Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete layer with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirementt of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications, mixed with 5% binder asphalt VG-10penetration grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix ( for filler) all as specified as per MoSRT&H data book
32Earth in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm including watering and finishing to required slope & level not exceeding 1.5m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method.
33Road marking with thermo plastic paint 2.5 mm thick confirming to clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification
