| 1 | Note:- 1)The design of STP and all structural drawings shall be approved and duly vetted from any IIT/NIT/ Govt Engineering college in Co-ordination with the Nodal Officer. 2)After approval and vetting , the drawings shall be submitted to the Accepting officer in tracing format and in AutoCAD format. The cost of this is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted in BOQ. 3) The consultant bidder may also refer to the details of data submitted by the previous consultant as enclosed as Annexure ‘B’ but shall also note that the responsibility of cross checking the veracity of data given by previous consultant will rest with the consultant bidder as the details submitted by previous consultant are sketchy, unsigned & has not been approved by the department. |
| 2 | Carrying out incomplete required ground survey by taking levels as required of existing sewage main lines & branch lines networks as directed by Engineer-in-Charge up to proposed STP and further up to treated water distribution lines including L section of the proposed new line, with IL and GL of each MH with dia and slope of proposed sewage line ,development, preparation and submission of architectural & structural drawings for the area of Dronachal Top Bhopal including details of layouts and locations of various elements, all as specified. Each set shall be submitted in quadruplicate including soft copies.The consultant shall work out the following parameters :-(i) Preliminary Site Visit for Observation of current distribution of sewage disposal system connected with BMC (ii) Soil investigation and Preparation of report. (iii) The consultant shall design the STP for population of 6000 souls. (iv)Collection of Existing water supply data and sewage network data as required for design of the STP.(v) Preparation of proposed new sewage network from BMC out let up to proposed tentative location of STP and re-distribution network of treated water from STP to the horticulture area marked in the site plan. (vi) Preparation of Hydraulic design, Drawings and Calculation of Proposed sewage network and approval from client. (vii) Preparation of Hydraulic Design of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Proposed Network Design. (viii) Preparation of Electo-mechanics, Design of Pumping station and STP. (ix) Preparation of Architectural and Structural Design of Pumping station and other structures of Sewage Treatment Plant. (x) Preparation of BOQ supported with detailed Estimate Based on layout and design proposed by the client. (xi) Submission of (DPR) Detail project report in four set to client in hard copy as well as in soft copy. (xii) Preparation of layout and detail estimate of external electrification , water Supply ,Road and Fencing for STP buildings.
