Removal of existing stone members of base layers (two) after documentation and DGPS survey by engaging technicians and equipment including supplying the documented drawings in soft copy and three hard copies also including setting of necessary bench marks on the groundfor facilitating resetting, transportation of removed members and stacking properly inside temple premises at suggested location using necessary skilled work force and equipment and tools like crane, tractors, crow bars and etc. all complete including hire charges, fuel charges , operator charges and all other necessary applicable charges and taxes to complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in-charge /ASI officials.

Careful removal of sand (earth work excavation) manually without using machinery for excavation including transportation using power tillers and stacking (should be staked as measurable dumps) inside temple premises for reuseusing necessary skilled work force, hire charges, fuel charges, operator charges for power tillers, charges for required tools and all other necessary applicable charges and taxes also including all necessary arrangements like required capacity pumps and water hose pipes etc. for balling out the oozed ground water away from the site and supporting with shouring where ever necessaryto complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in charge etc. all complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in-charge/ASI officials.

Laying of brick jelly lime concrete in proportion 1:2:4 using 20 mm nominal size brick aggregates for foundation to stone masonry curtain wall proposed to be constructed around the structure including men and material charges, all other applicable charges and taxes also including all necessary arrangements like required capacity pumps and water hose pipes etc. for balling out the oozed ground water away from the site and supporting with shouring where ever necessaryto complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in-charge/ASI officials.

Construction of stone masonry (below the ground) curtain wall around the structure in Lime Mortar 1:2 (to be prepared as per standard procedure after slaked the lime in lime slaking pound for required duration) using hard granite stones of sizes 0.23 X 0.23 X 0.15 mts. (AVERAGE MINIMUM SIZE ) including men and material charges, all other applicable charges and taxes also including all necessary arrangements like required capacity pumps and water hose pipes etc. for balling out the oozed ground water away from the site and supporting with shouring where ever necessaryto complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in-charge/ASI officials.

Filling Sand Stone Blocks of size 0.30 X 0.30 X 0.45 mts to 0.45 X 0.45 X 0.45 mts. in foundation trench after well compacted the base of foundation trench using 2 T roller for providing hard and level surface in foundation including men, material, machinery and equipment charges, all other applicable charges and taxes also including all necessary arrangements like required capacity pumps and water hose pipes etc. for balling out the oozed ground water away from the site and supporting with shouring where ever necessaryetc. all complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in-charge/ASI officials

Filling of sand (90 % available, which is removed and stacked at site for reuse and 10% new sand, the procured quantity of new sand should be got verified the ASI officials before execution of work) in foundation trench in layers, each layer of 0.23 mts. thick, each layer shall be well compacted to optimum moisture content by rolling with 2 T roller and after compaction samples shall be taken from every compacted layer and to be tested for Dry Density , Safe Bearing Capacity and any other specific geotechnical values as required by the site in-charge including men, material, machinery and equipment charges, all other applicable charges and taxes also including all necessary arrangements like required capacity pumps and water hose pipes etc. for balling out the oozed ground water away from the site and supporting with shouring where ever necessaryetc. all complete the item of work as per the instructions of the site in-charge/ASI officials.
