29Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in positionto the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or withoutgrooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not bemore than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverrequired etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Lengthof finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerbstones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
30Providing and laying at or near ground level factory kerb stone of M- 25 gradeof C&D waste cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
31Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ centralverge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceablematerial to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be madeseparately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre leadas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
32Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern overand including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling thejoints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
33Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
34Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :a ) One or more coats on old work
35Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :a) Two or more coats on new work
36Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic materialby fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fittedwith profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater andprofile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaceincluding cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface ofall dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicablespecifications.
