| 2 | A-1 SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 2.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping MCC Panel room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device, Real Time Water Quality Monitoring with Data Collection System(Online analyzer), Piping & Instrumentation works. With PLC & SCADA Arrangement for STP & MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including O&M of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. (i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect. (ii) Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (MS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (iii) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working + 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect of the NIT, including packing dry sludge in 20Kg Bag and supplying the same Market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within lead as posited as clause 4.4.5 of NIT including operation and maintenance of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. (iv) Providing and installation of 2 nos. pumping sets of suitable size (1 working and 1 standby) with head 15 mtrs. in chlorination tank to disposed off the treated effluent including all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including operation and maintenance of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. |

| 5 | A - 4 Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 2.0 MLD STP at Village Ganga for Online (Continuous) measuring of PH, total Suspended Solids (TSS) Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cable, local data acquisition and display the data of continuous basis for up linking the data of CPCB, HSPCB & PHED, TUV Board approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender: (a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensor Scope including 8 analog inputs/Outputs(4 Inputs & 4 outputs) (o/4-20Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range for measurement plant of 2.00 MLD STP at Village Ganga with integrated with automatic cleaning. (b) Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier & temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). (c)Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to intelligent sensors net system cable length 100 Meter (Minimum) (d) Data Transfer to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED Servers during 6 year of O&M after commissioning after 3 months trail period (including 1 year of defect liability period) (e) Providing GSM 3G, 4G Modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges for 6 year of O&M after commissioning after 3 Months trail run (including 1 year defect liability period) |
