Once the grout slurry is thoroughly mixed and has achieved the desired Flow Value, then the cementations grout slurry can be applied on the prepared high voids bituminous surface by mechanical means over the high voids bituminous surface. When the temperature comes down to ambient temperature or bituminous mix temperature falls to 50-60°C and automatically flow into the voids of the bituminous surface under the effect of gravity alone. The grouted surface can be mechanically/ manually broomed to create texture on the surface to improve the surface roughness after 24 hours of grouting. Moist curing to be done as per IRC:44 by water spray for seven days, even with traffic in operation. If polymer based grout is used, curing for at least twenty four hours must be done.	M.T.
