Quality Safety Audit Of Arts Cultural Building Abhinav Theatre, Jammu- 1 Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test as per IS 516 Part 5 Sec-1:2018 (Description: UPV shall be donemin 12 points incomplete slab area.) 2 Depth of Crack (if any) as perIS 516 Part 5 Sec-1 ANNEX C:2018 3 Rebound Hammer Test as per IS 516 Part 5 Sec-4:2020 Description: Rebound Hammer shall be done min.15 points in thewhole slab area. 4 Half-Cell Potentials of uncoated reinforced steel in concrete as per IS 516 Part-5 Sec-2:2021Test purpose: To identify the corrosion of steel in the concrete Description: If conduction of test is possible, do atleast 5 test on totalslab area. 5 Carbonation Depth Test as per IS 516 Part-5 Sec-3:2021 Test purpose: To identify the bonding of concrete Description:min three test per slab to be conducted 6 Core cutting for estimation of compressive strength of concrete as per IS 516 Part 4:2018 Note 1: core cutting will be conducted only wherever necessary and Test quantity may be changed as per site condition or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Core cutting for estimation of compressive strength of concrete as per IS 516 Part 4:2018Note 2: if the core cutting is conducted, the hole shall be filled byhigh strength Epoxy Motar of DCP , i.e To ensure proper sealing of cavity. 8 Recommendation of the expert on thebasis of above test observation is required for Rehablitation of structure of the building.
