Panels shall have pre-drilled and filleted holes @ minimum 16 nos per square meter for fixing holds, arrangement for fixing holders/ protection points/ belay points and arrangement at top for fixing security system (chain anchors) at top. M10 slab-based T nuts are screwed into place. A friction coating is applied which is a mixture of polyester and epoxy resin, silica sand and color pigment. The panels should be able to withstand climbers weight, weather proof for outdoor use and meet norms as per EN 12572 : 2017 STANDARDS. The panel will have sand finish on one side with slight abrasion on climbing side. Overhang and other standard should be as per drawing and as directed by designer.
