Bldg., Accouns section (Works & Salary), Establishment, EMS & AMS Section, HP Lab, L&CM, Inflammable Store, C&M Bldg., Weigh Bridge, Nursery, and Transport Section etc.a)Attending Electrical complaints related to power supply, light, fan power points etc.. of above bldgs.b)Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of HT & LT panels, electrical equipments of the GSO sub-station such as Transformer, VCB, ACB, battery charger panel, Batteries, Distribution Boards etcWork involves cleaning for dust removal. Checking & tightening of all the connection including Neutral/Earting etc. Replacing lugs, glands, SFU/MCB switches, fuse carrier, fuse base etc. Applying contact grease for fuse gears, joints and terminals etc. c) Operation of HT and LT switchgears for power supply system at GSO complex at plant site, BARC. Attendingpower supply failure complaints and breakdown complaints of M.V. Panels, Motors and starters of water Pump and Bore-well and power failure of 3.3 KV/415 volts, 1000 KVA substation etc. d) Attending faultsof street lights fixed onJ-type pole/garden / 12 M high poles by replacing defective components such as lamps , Ignitor, holders, chokes, capacitors etc. Maint. of Terminal box of these poles by cleaning the box,tightening the connections. Fixing the gland , cleaning and painting the fixing clamp, tightening earthing wire.If required replacing the terminal box etc.e) Operation and maintenance of fire alarm system and other electrical related work as directed by engineer-in-chrage.For the above mentioned work the contract has to depute 3 skilled person per day i.e daily work is to be counted as one operationTotal operations required = 104 week x 5 days in a week = 520 operations .Kindly refer Technical specification for Item description.. |
| 2 | Material handling :-Heavy material handling from Ware House or BARC Plant Site Store up to the work site such as loading the material in the transport given by department and unloading the same at work site and vice versa materials are – cables, of sizes up to300 sq.mm,ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, motors and starters GI pipes and other electrical fittings. For the above mentioned work the contract has to depute at least 4 person (Unskilled) having identity proof such as ration card, election card for security purpose. |

| 28 | Transformer oil filtration :-Filtration of Transformer Oil of GSO Sub-station transformer up to the required BDV value is obtained.The contractor has to arrange filteration machine for the oil filtration work of transformer of capacity 3.3 KV / 415 V, 1000 KVA, quantity of oil max. 1000 Litres. For the testing the BDV value of transformer oil contractor has to arrange calibrated BDV test machine at the work site. He has to submit the calibration certificate of the machine before BDV testcarried out. The contractor should submit test report ofBDV values obtained. |

| 42 | Maintenance of Borewell Pumps :-There are total 5 No. of Bore wells at BARC Plant site having depth from 70 feet to 150 feet and these bore wells are installed with Submersible bore well pump sets suitable for 6” dia. bores and G.I. Pipes of 2½ dia, Class, ‘C’ , with coupling and bend. In case of replacement of defective pump set, the existing defective pump set has to be removed by dismantling of pipelines and reinstallation of pipelines with replacement of defective pump set after repair. |
