The servicing include leakdetection by nitrogen pressure test in refrigerant system, cutting brazing and making leak-proofthe gas system, cleaning, vacuum thegas system and charging suitable gas of any type as required quantity to achieve desire cooling and changing of wiring with proper size PVC insulated wires, relays and MCBs as required for smooth functioning of AC plant including painting of all exposed parts with synthetic enamel paint of one paint including testing of the AC plant all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge . Notes: 1. The Job shall be completed within one month after date of commencement of work due to urgency in nature failing which a Penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day after one month of period will be lavied on contractor, if the Job not completed. 2. Additional gas required will measured & paid separately under relevant item as supply and charging. |
