Replacement and assembling of upper main guide pulley with shaft with 2 Nos. bearing No.6200-2Z/C3, SS 304 main shaft guide pulley spacer as per sample and drawing with gun metal bush fitted as per shaft and main shaft EN-8 as per drawing / sample, replacement of main pulley spider gun metal bush as per sample & drawing with 2 Nos. lock pin and I.D. bore as per shaft & spider. Replacement of lower gun metal pin for holding spindle and spindle gun metal guide bush. Change / repair all valve glande in plant and complete proper fitting and testing in all respect. Fabrication and providing of spare one set new shaft & 2 Nos. main pulley bearing and 2 Nos. guide pulley 2 Nos. bearing - one set supply with plant & then return back all old & damage part to HPSEBL along with transportation to the workshop and back. |
