44Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) modified plain / reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength ( with ordinary portland cement , coarese sand and gradedstone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) with specified average thickness . Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour , concrete and appropriate approved Super - Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement , bond coat , Shear Keys , centering and shuttering , strutting , propping etc., (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with ablunt metal istrument) - 50 mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum
45Providing and fixing welded steel windows of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long with steel lugs embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (one cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or wooden plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with fixing bolts and nuts as required, including fixing and welding of M.S. sheet of 1.20mm thick with M.S flat beading welded around the panels, welding of hinges, handles, tower bolts, hooks & eyes including the cost of applying a priming coat with ready mixed red oxide Zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture etc., complete - Windows side hung/top hung.
