| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained of referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as are ensumerated in the aforesaid Revised MES Schedule of Rates both PART I (specifications) and PART II (rates) together with all the amendment/errata as applicable during the mentioned period from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule Schedule of Rates. ORAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) 2017 Print with errata/ammendments as applicable.Note:-(a) The tenderer shall insert percent rate at the 15th row and Column F of this BOQ.To insert their percentage striking out words which are not required.If net rates are offered \"NIL\" should be inserted in both places. (b) The tenderer(s) shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the 15th row and column F of this BOQ sheet to quote the percentage above/ below MES Schedule of rates and other items as per Condition-62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contract 2017). (c) In case any bidder desires to offer rates at part SSR shall insert \"0\" at the 15th row and column F of this BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet.(d) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term contract, work shall be priced at rates given in SSR or other items as as per Condition-62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contract 2017) and adjusted by the percent quoted by the tenderer on this page.(e) Contractor\"s attention is invited to condition 4(A) and condition 56 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contract 2017) which shall strictly be followed.(f)It is express condition to this contract that the amount of total works/ services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extend irrespective of the amount worked out/ mentioned in this BOQ and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/ services at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part II) duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase in quantum of works required to be done/ work done. |
