It Includes Opening Of Top Cover, Removal Of Dust By Vaccum Cleaning / Blower Etc. Checking & Tightening Of Connections, Cleaning Of Insulator, Application Of Petroleum Jelly And Boxing Up Of The Bus Bars / Panels. All Cleaning Materials Such As Cotton Waste, Markin Cloth Etc. Shall Be Supplied By The Contractor. All Complete With Men, Materials And Equipments Like Tools & Tackles As Per Direction And Satisfaction Of The Engineer-In-Charge. 24 Cleaning Of Transformer Includes Surface Cleaning I.E. Cleaning Of Accumulated Sticky Oil And Other Dust, Oil Fins. Job Includes Opening Of Lt Duct & Ht Terminal Box, Cleaning Of Duct And Terminal Box, Tightening Of Nuts & Bolts Wherever Is Required. Job To Be Completed With All Men, Materials And Equipments Like Tools & Tackles As Per Direction And Satisfaction Of The Engineer-In-Charge. All Cleaning Materials Such As Markin Cloth, Cotton Waste Etc. Shall Be Supplied By The Contractor. 25 Cleaning Of Surface, Rust Removing Of Foreign Matter, Rubbing Down Thoroughly With Emery Paper, Wire Brush, Washing With Degreasing Solvent ( White Spirit ) To Remove Grease Etc. And Preparation Of Surface For Application Of Enamel Paint By Spray Painting On Bus Ducts, Transformers / Motors / Or Any Other Metallic Surface With One Coat Of Ready Mixed Primer And Two Coats Of Approved Quality / Apcolite Asian Synthetic Enamel Paint Including Supply Of Paint Suitable For A Temperature Of 100 Degree Celsius. Deployment Of Required Manpower Deployment For Operation And Maintenance Of The System On Each Shift Basis For 24 Hours Shall Include 07 No Of Semi-Skilled Person With Wireman License, ( Two Person In Each Shift With One Reliever On Rotary Weekly Off Of Other ) , Tools And Tackles Including Personal Protective Equipment For The Manpower Deployed At Site, Testing Equipment / Instruments Including Supply Of All Consumables. 21	Supply & Replacement of silica gel in transformers as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
22	Cleaning of cable trenches of depth upto 3 meter and width 1.5 meter of cable galleries, sub stations and other locations etc. The job includes lifting of RCC slabs/ Chequerred plates, removing of paper waste jute, mud, or any other unwanted materials lying in trenches & dumping these waste materials in the nearest dust bin or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., keeping back RCC slabs/chequerred plates in positions. All complete with men and materials as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
23	Cleaning of HT Bus panel (Each breaker panel). It includes opening of top cover, removal of dust by vaccum cleaning/blower etc. Checking & tightening of connections, cleaning of insulator, application of petroleum jelly and boxing up of the Bus bars/panels. All cleaning materials such as cotton waste, Markin cloth etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. All complete with men, materials and equipments like tools & tackles as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
24	Cleaning of transformer includes surface cleaning i.e. cleaning of accumulated sticky oil and other dust, oil fins. Job includes opening of LT duct & HT terminal box, cleaning of duct and terminal box, tightening of nuts & bolts wherever is required. Job to be completed with all men, materials and equipments like tools & tackles as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All cleaning materials such as markin cloth, cotton waste etc. shall be supplied by the Contractor.
25	Cleaning of surface, rust removing of foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, wire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of enamel paint by spray painting on bus ducts, transformers/motors/ or any other metallic surface with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Approved quality/APCOLITE ASIAN synthetic enamel paint including supply of paint suitable for a temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.
26	PAINTING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS: Cleaning of surface, rust removing of foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, wire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of paint by spray painting on electrical equipment/ structures/ poles or any other metallic surface with two coats of approved brand and manufacturer Aluminium paint including supply of paint suitable for a temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of the EIC
27	Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture including supply of all material & labour and transportation etc Note : Unit of measurement is considered EACH which is equal to per cm height per letter.
28	Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. Note : Unit of measurement is considered EACH which is equal to per cm height per letter.
29	YearlyMaintenance visit for maintenance of substation equipment as per detail scope of work and instruction of site engineer and EIC.

31	MAJORBREAKDOWN Maintenance visit maintenance of TRANSFORMER & NGR,CURCUIT BREAKER (VCB & SF6),CURRENT TRANSFORMER, POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER, ISOLATOR SWITCH, EARTH SWITCH, LIGHTINING ARRESTOR,RTCC PANEL,BATTERY & CHARGER,PROTECTION SYSTEMas when required and as per instruction of EIC and site engineer
32	Supervision Charges for 24 Hrs monitoring of 66/6.6 KV switchyard at WRPL Vadinar and related equipments as per detailed scope of work and instruction of EIC/Site engineer. Deployment of required manpower deployment for operation and maintenance of the system on each shift basis for 24 hours shall include 07 no of Semi-Skilled person with Wireman License, (Two person in each shift with one reliever on rotary weekly off of other), tools and tackles including personal protective equipment for the manpower deployed at site, testing equipment/instruments including supply of all consumables.(Payment of Semi Skilled manpower will be done on basis of Minimum wages which will be revised as applicable and line item of the same will be separate and need not be quoted) including consideration of15% contractor"s profit.
33	Reimbursements of lump-sum Annual Wage Enhancement Only as per minimum wage notification, issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment, Gov. of India.
