| 5 | The quoted rates for various items are for completed and finished items of work complete in all respects. It will be deemed to include all the cost involved in the execution of all the items. All duties Goods and Services Tax (GST) @ 18 % i.e., prevailing rates, other taxes, royalties, cess and other levies payable by the Bidder under the Contract, or for any other cause, as on the date 28 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids, shall be included in the rates and prices and the total Bid Price submitted by the Bidder. It shall include all general risks, liabilities and obligations set out or implied in the Contract shalland including remedy of any defects during the Defect Liability Period,unless otherwise provided in the Contract. The whole cost of complying with the provisionsof the Contract shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rates. |
